Aside from a few super-affiliates whom I&#8217;ve personally supported, what we have today is the result of what has happened naturally, by peoples&#8217; own initiative and ambition. I&#8217;ve focused all most all of my attention on other areas.</p>
<p>Now it&#8217;s time for someone who knows what they&#8217;re doing to completely build this thing out. Because... there&#8217;s a lot of money still sitting on the table.  I&#8217;m seeking someone who can finally do this thing justice.</p>

<p><strong>-Content Czar:</strong> Someone who will harness loads of existing content for maximum effect &#8211; for product creation as well as email messages, autoresponders, affiliates, search engine optimization &amp; publicity.</p>
<p>I have a ton of content that has not been used to its fullest potential. Some of it hasn&#8217;t been used at all. It&#8217;s time to stop hiding and put all of it to work. I&#8217;m looking for a person who can help us do that. Raw material is 1500+ pages and many dozens of hours of audio and video.</p>

<p>One other thing:</p>
<p>What you see here is a rather unusual way of recruiting talent. This is a wee bit different than placing an ad in the Chicago Tribune. But think about it&#8230; who better to approach than our own customers and affiliates?</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re someone who hires talented people, there may be some ideas you can use. Getting and keeping good talent ain&#8217;t easy. Publicize your own opportunity to a large <em>qualified</em> audience, then run them through a maze to make sure they&#8217;re really qualified.</p>
<p>Pay close attention, because as I go through the selection process, I&#8217;ll be posting my audience on what I&#8217;m doing. It&#8217;s gonna be interesting to watch.</p>
