Dr. Seuss on Niche Marketing

These Nutches have troubles, the biggest of which is

The fact there are many more Nutches than Nitches.

Each Nutch in a Nitch knows that some other Nutch

Would like to move into his Nitch very much.

So each Nutch in a Nitch has to watch that small Nitch

Or Nutches who haven’t got Nitches will snitch.

I’m always amazed at how insightful Dr. Seuss was. I’ve seen Green Eggs And Ham used as a tool to teach sales skills. But now that I have children of my own, I’ve had a chance to read back through many that I haven’t touched in years. There’s really some great stuff hidden in those pages.

    Great share, Perry. Thanks!

I remember “Cat in the Hat”, with “Thing1 and Thing2″ very vividly from my childhood, and have discovered much more Dr Seuss from reading to my smallest son Charlie in (what we Brits call) reception class (age 5 years).

I’d urge anyone interested to read “The Lorax” – it’s incredibly prophetic and a great story!

This is hilarious. Whenever I think of niche marketing this comes to mind!
