I already purchased this book a week or two ago when I received an email from Bill.
There is aboslutely NO reason why anyone who reads this blog should not buy it!

I can hardly afford to be spending the cash on these forums, but the real fact is, I cannot afford not to. I haven’t bought the book yet, because I am considering buying 10 of them. (You get a free 3 day seminar in January that includes DK, Yanik Silver and even the mysterious Dr Neilson, for real cheap!
I eagerly bought the book on 8-16-09 through the first available link posted on this page that went directly to Amazon. The next day the link was mysteriously missing and with more concise wording as to how to receive the bonuses. Why would the Amazon link even be posted in the first place? A bit confusing. I was really looking forward to the bonuses. How unfair.
