How Mr. X doubled sales in 30 days in Personal AdWords Coaching and boosted his profit by $46,000 per month in less than 11 weeks… and he hasn't even started using Google AdWords yet!

   I just received this report from one of my coaching students, Mr. X.  Can't tell you his real name ‘cuz he doesn't want his competitors to find out what he's up to.  But Mr. X is a gentleman in the UK who put up his website just over a year ago, and hasn't even started using Google AdWords yet.  (There's no rule that says personal AdWords coaching has to be about AdWords – after all, we spend most of the time talking about all the other ingredients in your marketing mix.)

I set up my web site about 15 months ago. We are a UK based property investment site who finds investment properties for our members. We did not charge for membership initially as we were to “frightened” to turn people off.

We are currently getting about 400 uniques per day mainly through organic traffic

At the outset we were getting about 10 sign ups per day. Our database currently stands at 5000.

What's changed?

W are building a much stronger relationship and instilling confidence that we are good guys and we know what we are talking about – a very big hurdle needed to cross for people to invest. We have started to improve the sales process and have sold approximately 50% more properties than before. We currently convert about 1 in 20 to a sale whereas in the past it was 1 in 30. We are about to take on some telesales staff to improve conversions further

Membership Fees

We have recently introduced a membership fee of £500per annum ($920/year) and £1000 per annum ($1840/year) for people to become platinum members. They receive 1 to 1 support from me. We only brought this out 2 weeks ago and have already sold 9 at £500 a pop – this is before even offering to our existing database – this is just to new clients! We expect to convert about 2.5% of our existing database to Platinum in the coming months and 5% of all new sign ups.

What does this all mean?

Our business revenues have been about £15k ($27600) per month

Results

An increase of £15k per month ($27600) due to increase in traffic

Conversion increase due to telesales 10k ($18400) per month

Platinum Membership £15000 (27600) per month

That's a total of £40k ($73,600) per month. In our first month of implementing changes our sales have doubled and we expect increase as outlined above.

All in all this should translate into a futher £25k ($46,000) per month profits

The Future

We have not even started PPC advertising yet. We aim to get another 20-30 members per day once we implant PPC campaign. We are currently having designed bespoke landing pages and are going to split test them to get best conversion rates

Over a 12 month period we hope to get sales to £80k ($147,000) per month.  Perry has taught me to think outside the box we are now using new methods in our marketing mix to really make a difference to our business. Thanks Perry.

We launched a new 17-DVD video program smack in the middle of your course. Talk about bad timing... or so I thought.

Put up a long-copy letter.  Consensus was... thumbs up. After all, it's patterned after a proven winner.

That's $39,745 we scooped up by implementing a simple, 15-minute change! Guess that sorta pays for the course... like, 10 times over.

Plus roll the numbers forward as we sell the next 250 sets... we're easily looking at a +$100k impact in 2005 for this one product.

You, Howie and Bryan hammer it on the calls... we all focus on keywords and forget the power of the simple stuff once we get ‘em in.

Q: When does it start?

Q: I have your Definitive Guide, your AdWords Black Belt course and have listened in on some of the group coaching calls. What am I going to learn here that I don't already know?

A: I will be presenting some new strategies for AdWords that I have not presented before, and insights on the brand new changes they're rolling out. Now if you've really really been paying attention, and implementing everything I teach, most of the Google AdWords specific information will not be new to you. However… the major focus of this personal coaching (fully two thirds of the material) is getting your visitors to buy and perfecting those elusive aspects of sales psychology that make online marketing so tricky. What most people don't know is that it's easier to make $1 million online than to make $50,000. The real objective is to get you past the tipping point… where success becomes easy and fun, and you earn the right to be arrogant about it. (And you don't have to admit to your friends that it's actually easy to do seven figures!)

Q: What are your standards and requirements for approving applicants?

Q: How many hours of phone calls will I be listening in on each week?
