Help Wanted: Affiliate Manager and "Content Czar"

I'm looking to bring two new people on my team here at perrymarshall.com. An Affiliate Manager who will support existing affiliates and recruit new ones; and a Content Czar who will harness well over 1,000 pages of content, audio and video to maximum effect.

-Affiliate Manager: My affiliate program, in all honesty, has never received the attention it deserves. Aside from a few super-affiliates whom I've personally supported, what we have today is the result of what has happened naturally, by peoples' own initiative and ambition. I've focused all most all of my attention on other areas.

Now it's time for someone who knows what they're doing to completely build this thing out. Because… there's a lot of money still sitting on the table.  I'm seeking someone who can finally do this thing justice.

-Content Czar: Someone who will harness loads of existing content for maximum effect - for product creation as well as email messages, autoresponders, affiliates, search engine optimization & publicity.

I have a ton of content that has not been used to its fullest potential. Some of it hasn't been used at all. It's time to stop hiding and put all of it to work. I'm looking for a person who can help us do that. Raw material is 1500+ pages and many dozens of hours of audio and video.

You have access to everything: Newsletter back issues, MP3's, transcripts, existing products, products half-in-development, CD's, DVD's, testimonials. You get a free pass to all seminars and events. This material is valuable to casual email subscribers, website visitors, members, affiliates, search engines.

One other thing:

What you see here is a rather unusual way of recruiting talent. This is a wee bit different than placing an ad in the Chicago Tribune. But think about it… who better to approach than our own customers and affiliates?

If you're someone who hires talented people, there may be some ideas you can use. Getting and keeping good talent ain't easy. Publicize your own opportunity to a large qualified audience, then run them through a maze to make sure they're really qualified.

Pay close attention, because as I go through the selection process, I'll be posting my audience on what I'm doing. It's gonna be interesting to watch.

I wish the very best of success to all candidates - and all those who must hire successful candidates because their success depends on it. May the best man or woman win!
