The Swiss Army Knife for Bionic Google Ads!

In March 2010 I held an already-legendary seminar in Maui Hawaii called “The Google AdWords Elite Master’s Summit.” Students paid up to $5,000 to attend this seminar and I promised a bombshell revelation in the first hour of the seminar.

Week 3:

6 Pivotal Concepts that Will Rock Your World. I’m not going to tell you what they are now – you’ll have to wait until week 5. But every one of these 6 concepts is profoundly simple; each one of the 6 relates directly to the other 5; and every one of them directly impacts your ability to achieve unlimited traffic.

We used to make this the last installment, but I decided it’s so important, I put it at nearly the beginning. Before I moved it to the front, I would say: “Even if we’ve already improved your sales process by 50 to 500 percent, Six Concepts will give you the tools to double it again.”

Week 4:

On Week 4 you and your TEAM ACTION GROUP (max. 12 students per call) will meet for an interactive, small-group teleconference. Your Team Action Group will be customized to your chosen topic area: Affiliate Marketing, Copywriting, Information Marketing, Physical Products, or B2B.

Week 5:

I just had a gentleman come to a 4-Man Intensive and I looked over his Google campaigns and he was doing everything right within his Google account. Everything. He should have been, he’s built many dozens of campaigns for clients and he was working for a very well known, highly regarded guru whose name you would likely know.

But for a couple of projects he was getting no conversions at all even though his opt-ins were plentiful. I drew him a map of his market and how it related to keywords and market research and suddenly he could see it. I said, “THIS is what’s difficult about Google AdWords. It’s not the mechanics – it’s the markets that trip you up!” In this segment, Bryan and I will walk you through this process and show you how to crack the code of your market.

Week 6:

It’s one thing to show you how to double your response rate, but we’re going to work together and do it in your personal, one-on-one coaching session. Week 11:

Building the Maze: Using Email and Autoresponders to transform that first click into a long-term prospect and lifetime customer.

A lot of people think my own key to success is my skill with Google AdWords. There’s truth to that, but more important is my ability to use email effectively. Email is the glue that holds all of this together. And frankly I know even some highly regarded gurus who are just terrible at it. Email is such a sensitive medium, and it has to be handled with the greatest of care. But done properly, it can work wonders.

Over the alternate weeks you’ll get a total of three 30-minute personal, one-on-one scheduled coaching sessions from Bryan or Sunny in which you’ll get help implementing everything I’ve taught during the coaching calls. The goal here is speed of implementation so you can get absolute maximum benefit from every minute and every dollar you invest in this.

All team members will also receive: 1) MP3 downloads, transcripts, and handouts of the group coaching calls; 2) Recordings of all scheduled 1-on-1 coaching calls, and 3) Participation in Team Action Groups, niched to your chosen topic. Q: When does it start and end?

Q: I have your Definitive Guide, your AdWords Black Belt course and have listened in on some of the group coaching calls. What am I going to learn here that I don’t already know?

A: I will be presenting some new strategies for AdWords that I have not presented before, and insights on the brand new changes they’re rolling out. In particular there is one strategy that I have NEVER taught anywhere that can increase CTR’s by 50% after you’ve tried everything else I teach. It’s radical. Q: What if I’m doing affiliate marketing with the GoogleCash method and don’t have a website?

A: We do accept a small number of “pure direct link” affiliate marketers into the program. Q: What if I’m promoting an MLM or a Network Marketing program?

Q: How many hours of phone calls will I be listening in on each week?

Q: What time will the calls be held?

A: One of the questions on the application form is “What time of the day and week do you want to hold the calls?” We will set the times accordingly. Also, if you miss a call, you’ll get MP3′s and a transcript of every group coaching call. And you get audio recordings of the 30-minute personal coaching calls.

Note to international customers: This program is designed to accommodate people in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia. Group-wide calls rotate evenly between 8am CST US time, 2pm and 7pm, which means they’ll be convenient for almost everyone two thirds of the time. Team Action Group and 1-on-1calls will be scheduled according to YOUR preferences so you don’t miss anything. And again, group calls are recorded and distributed so you can listen later.

Group wide calls are also transcribed.

Q: How many one-on-one phone calls will I be on?

A: You’ll get three one-on-one calls and three Team Action Group calls. I also have a follow-up system for alumni, and in my experience this is very adequate for accomplishing a steady increase in improvement of everything you’re doing in the 12 week span.

Q: Geeze, do I have to be making mega bucks to qualify for this?

A: No, you don’t. Many members will be small and in some cases struggling businesses. But what all will have in common is that they have something we know we can make dramatic improvements to. (Can’t steer a parked car.) We’ll tell you up front if we don’t think we can. Remember, the guarantee is, if you’re accepted, we’re going to help you make massive improvements to your sales and profitability.

Q: Do you have a scaled-down version of this for folks like me who may not quite qualify yet for this level of coaching, but who are still making middling to good income on the web?

A: If you’re making a middling to good income on the web, then this is definitely for you. The object of the game is to take your business, as it is, and make it scream. If your application is not accepted, we will recommend other options that would be more suitable for where you’re at.

Q: What if I get through the first few sessions and suddenly realize that I’m in over my head?

A: That’s what the guarantee is for. If you get to week 3 and it’s too much for you, you can keep what you’ve already received and cancel the remaining payments.

Q: What if something comes up (family emergency, health crisis, hurricane, a horrible, crippling blizzard) and I can’t make a session or miss a series of calls, or I have to stop halfway?

A: That’s why we record the calls and send them to you. You will want to refer to these recordings and transcripts multiple times, because they are very dense with valuable strategies. And again, the whole thing is guaranteed. If something severe comes up, you can discontinue the course and we’ll stop the payments. And if you want to continue in a later coaching program you can do that.

Q: Can I quit and get a refund?

A: This is not one of those deals where you get 8 weeks into the semester, miss half your classes and meetings, then ask for a refund and get it. Your local community college doesn’t offer that deal and I don’t either. The deal is, you keep up with the assignments. You show up to class. You do the homework. You follow the advice.

Refunds are for those rare cases (and they are rare) when the advice doesn’t work. Hey, we don’t know everything, and we can’t solve every marketing problem in the universe. Q: How many websites, Google accounts etc. can I get coaching for?

A: As many as you want – the coaching time is yours to allocate as you see fit.

Q: What’s the difference between BLUE and the 4-Man Intensive?

A: All levels get the group coaching calls with Perry that were just described, covering these 6 vital topics, plus the Niche Topics. Team Action Groups are very small-format coaching call swith no more than 12 people on the line (often only 4-6!), so everybody gets time to discuss their projects. All levels participate in those too.

The Blue team gets personal coaching from Sunny Hills and Bryan Todd. Their Team Action Group calls will also be handled by Sunny and Bryan. 4-Man Intensive team members get all of that’ gets all their personal phone coaching from Perry Marshall, on the 1-on-1 calls, the Team Action Group calls, and they attend a 2-Day 4-Man private workshop at Perry’s home in Chicago.

You may continue in Roundtable, from the 4-Man Intensive. Round table members continue to meet three times per year in the most elite coaching program I currently offer. Q: What kind of follow up do I get after the “Bobsled Run” is over?

A: Learning and improvement are an ongoing process so after the 12-week Bobsled Run is over, you continue in Alumni Club. The Club meets via teleseminar every month on the Mastermind call. From 61 sales per month to 221 in 4 months:

As of March, Google adwords clicks are 3.8X the November numbers, cost per sale is 2.5X the November number (November was my lowest number ever @ $8.29) and cost per sale is starting to trend lower.

7 “Ah-Ha!”s, Each one worth a few thousand dollars…at least

1. I immediately went from a 3-5% opt-in rate to just shy of 20%. That’s 4x the subscribers….which has turned into MORE than 4x the customers over time.

2. Took my average traffic from 93 clicks (1.91% CTR) during a ten-day period to 1,097 clicks (and just shy of a 5% CTR) during another ten-day period just months later.

The funny thing is that I occasionally look at my old ads and wonder what life would be like if they were still running. 10X the traffic…times 4X the opt-ins… can you say 40X?

3. The difference between the #1 and #6 url was a 1.44% CTR or 39.6% more traffic. Tell someone your CTR went up by 1 and a half percent, they may not be impressed. Tell them you increased your business by 40% just on a url alone…now we are talking.

4. I can easily afford to pay my affiliates (who are my competitors) as much or more for a conversion than they can GROSS for one themselves.

5. I tested price a few times only to find that almost every time I raised the price, conversions actually went up not down! That price increase amounts to roughly a 6.5 times multiplier to gross…which incidentally is all net.

My competitors (those guys in the bullet above) are still charging $30 or less. Guess who can afford to pay more for a customer? Are we having fun yet?

6. if you are going to fail…fail fast. Well, I took your advice and guess what? I failed on one project. In total, it cost me 2 weeks of testing and less than $50. No crying…no spilt milk…next!

I rolled out another project according to that model it has now grossed over $15,500 in less than a month. Yes…I am glad I am not pouring any more money or time into the failed idea.

7. I have a list of new lead generators: magazines, articles, newspapers, radio, google, yahoo, msn, affiliates, speaking, direct mail, JVs.

I went into the Bobsled Run with high hopes and expectations because of some of the other testimonies in the previous Runs. They stated 5X increases and so forth. I was pretty skeptical about our business making a 5X increase in so short a time.
