EVENT DISCLAIMER

By registering for any PSMA live event, you are hereby releasing Perry S. Marshall & Associates, Inc. from any and all liability for illness or personal injury, including but not limited to COVID-19, which may be transmitted to you or received by you while participating in this event on the premises where it is held. PSMA reserves the right to turn away any registrant from the event venue who shows up with a fever or similar symptoms. In such cases an appropriately prorated refund will be offered to the participant.

Further, by registering for any PSMA live event, you are agreeing:

  1. To observe the event venue and local authority's rules for safety, including wearing a face mask where and when required, while on the event premises. (Unless required by local authorities, PSMA does not require participants to wear a face mask in the meeting rooms for live events.)


  2. To follow all of PSMA's safety requirements for the event. This may include taking a COVID test prior to an event (if required by local health regulations) and notifying PSMA of the test result before attending the event.
  3. To not attend the event (or leave the event) if you experience COVID or flu-like symptoms within 14 days prior or during the event. (In such cases an appropriately prorated refund will be offered to you.)


  4. That PSMA's safety requirements for live events are subject to change at any time.
  5. That refunds for live events are only granted if: 1) the requirements for a guarantee associated with the event have been met OR 2) if your physical health prevents you from attending the event. All other event refunds are at PSMA's discretion.
