Why most people are NOT making money with AI, despite 24/7 access to the most amazing tools in the history of civilization
Dear Planet Perry member:
I was listening to a Rolling Stone interview with Rush guitarist Alex Lifeson. At age 72 he found a new drummer to replace his fallen bandmate Neil Peart and went on tour.
The interviewer said, "I felt so much joy at your concert!"
Alex replied, "These are not happy times we're living in right now. People desperately want to escape and experience something special."
The minute I heard that, my heart started beating faster.
These are NOT happy times. And yes, joy is the word, cuz I went to that show. It flowed with exuberance and enthusiasm. The band was grateful to be there playing their songs. And they NAILED it.
15,000 fans showed up that night hoping to uplift their spirits. And that's exactly what they received. A guy next to me was almost in tears. "I didn't think I would ever hear them play that song again."
There is a LOT of anxiety out there right now.
- The US government claims Inflation is 3.4%. No human in real life believes that number. Dinner and drinks for two costs $100.
- Real war. With real bombs and missiles. The betting markets give it a 29% chance the Strait of Hormuz is back to normal by New Year's. Freight, fuel and lead times for anybody who moves physical goods.
- Trade war. Reminds me of the scene in that 80s movie "Airplane" where some clown is laughing out loud, unplugging the runway lights while the plane is landing — 'just for fun'.
- Labor quality and availability is tough.
- Cash flow. I visited Graceland, Elvis Presley's estate. The tour guide said, "Money is tight. Visits are down 40% this year." Some folks are #1 in a declining market — which SUCKS cuz you just bleed slower than everyone else. Some aren't even that lucky.
- A razor sharp agency founder tells me Google is jacking up prices on clicks independent of actual bid prices. There's a finite number of available searches in a market and if buyers are dependent on them, the click prices ratchet up. Google does it just because they can.
- AI is almost certainly a massive bubble and it will pop. The technology's not going away, but it means new cash grabs are coming. Just like Google click prices.
- The Fed is almost certainly about to jack rates. On Polymarket, 89% say zero rate cuts this year and 72% say a hike. Anybody waiting for money to get cheaper is waiting for Superman.
What to do about this?
Many people have a feeling the answer might have something to do with AI. Yet they're simultaneously terrified of it.
We've finally cracked the code.
Last October Scott Schang visited a client in an old-school industry and crafted a vision. What Scott proposed was not technically possible in October 2025. But they committed to a $750,000 build anyway. In January 2026 they began. At that exact time, the technology Scott needed clicked into place.
In May the client received a working AI system.
In June, staff started to use the system. It was working well.
The client was still feeling jittery. Then in July some of their reps started hitting sales records.
One doubled his pace.
Every rep, every manager now has a crystal clear snapshot of every prospect, every client, every conversation. Every day. For the first time in the history of that company — or that industry.
I have a story that explains why this client reached a plateau and why their custom AI system is producing a breakthrough.
I built my first pair of speakers when I was 13. Got a parts catalog in the mail, scraped my pennies together, ordered woofers and tweeters. I had a book with 'cookbook' formulas. The parts catalog didn't tell me a fourth of what I needed to know.
Best guess on the back of an envelope… then mess around until it hopefully sounds right. No computer. No measurement equipment. Throwing darts in a blizzard.
(No surprise most speakers in the 1980s sounded terrible.)
3 years ago I took 1st place in the International Speaker Design Competition against 58 entries. Knew exactly what I was doing. NOT throwing darts in a blizzard.
I could do so with confidence because I could measure everything, load it into a computer and build a model… long before I touched a soldering iron.
Then once it was working, I had all kinds of tools to help dial everything in perfect. "Dialing it in" is the fun part. It's thrilling. Part engineering, part gearhead, part listening, part intuition. Blend of art and science. With a glass of bourbon and some jazz or progressive rock.
Today, no serious engineer would build something without modeling it first. Yet most people run their businesses the way 13-year-old Perry built a speaker in the 1980s.
They know a LOT of things. They've read books. They have numbers. But n-o-w-h-e-r-e does there exist a single complete picture of the business. You have to TRY everything In Real Life to see whether it works and how it works. And it's very risky.
You ran a promo that needed to earn $100,000. It brought $17K. You hired the guy, built the funnel, chased the shiny tactic — and after it's too late, the thing you were fixing turns out to have never been the real problem. Headfirst into an empty swimming pool.
Handing the business off to anybody else — a manager, a son or daughter… succession planning… outsourcing… takes months or years. Everything's inside your head, or in file folders, or in your computers scattered across 7,000 files.
Experts HAVE to get very good at reading tea leaves. A crackerjack finance person gleans an enormous amount from a balance sheet. A crackerjack marketer pulls an enormous amount out of a landing page and some sales figures.
Most mastermind groups are idea-gasms about how to acquire new customers, and nobody actually knows what's going on.
Because a full picture of a business, up until the last few months, required 8 logins and pasting stuff together that mostly lives inside your own head. And it still wasn't complete.
It's only become possible in the last few months to represent your entire business on ONE screen and run scenarios. And match them against principles we've tested and proven for decades.
This is what the new SuperConductor AI does.
You need to experience for yourself what it's like for your business to become totally transparent, so now you can ask any question, simulate any scenario.
A $10 million CEO asked SuperConductor one question. Five minutes later he called it "a 2x4 in the face."
We gave Mark Riffey access to SuperConductor on July 28. 24 hours later he joined us on a webinar and told our live audience what he discovered.
Mark runs ENERCALC, a $10 million company that makes structural engineering calculation software. Four decades in that business. 18 of the top 20 firms in the country are his customers. Knows his business cold.
One hour before we went live, I logged into his account and asked SuperConductor one question: apply Axis Shift to all my data and tell me what I might be missing.
Five minutes later, here's some of what came back:
His book of business is "astonishingly flat." 54% of customers produce 80% of the money — not 20%. He isn't serving whales. Even at $10 million, large pockets of money sit untapped.
The real leak wasn't growth, it was the front door. Free trials install the fully working software, never buy, and nobody finds out why.
97.6% of his business is in the US. 14 firms in India. A market they never once drilled into.
I read this aloud on the call. He confirmed all of it.
SuperConductor ran a Star Principle analysis on his customer segments. Scores can range from 0 to 200; anything over 100 is a star, and only about 5% of businesses get there. His scored from 70 at the bottom to 170 at the top. The 170 was offshore engineers working to US building codes — roughly 38 countries use them — and it was a market he had never gone after.
Mark: "This just was a 2x4 in the face to remind me that this is not just something to do. This is actually a big growth angle."
At 9pm the evening before the webinar, he texted me:
"I've told several people on our team, if I got hit by a bus, they need to call Robert Michon because he can run this place. He knows enough about it now. But now with that in SuperConductor and my Obsidian, he could step in and in a month it would be like I was never here."
Mark, on the webinar: "I know where all the bodies are buried. IT now knows where all the bodies are buried."
All of that from 24 hours and a couple of hours loading his data in.
Everybody now has an Oracle in their pocket.
Most people are using it to ask the wrong questions faster.
AI weaves miraculous capabilities with very seductive illusions. You can ask ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini almost any question, and you will get a confident enthusiastic answer, ranging from decent to very good. It is a wonder of the modern world. If your phone's malfunctioning and you ask it why, it'll tell you what to fix, and more often than not it'll be correct.
But it still has a glaring problem.
AI gives you an "80th percentile" answer to most questions. You get the answer someone at the bottom of the top 20% of that profession would tell you. Ask a back pain question, a product question, a business question and you'll get an "above average" answer. Not bad. But almost never the best answer or the true answer. You get the consensus answer.
And if you've mastered any skill, you know a great answer is never the average answer, and the right answer is almost never the "good enough" answer. Oftentimes it's the opposite.
When you're growing a business and need cash flow help, marketing advice, management tips, growth strategies, that long series of "good enough" 80th percentile answers will trap you in a cul de sac. Same answers available to everybody else.
If that's all you've got, you have NO competitive advantage.
Welcome to the new rat race with faster rats. Getting generic advice that does NOT match your situation, your resources or your personality. The fact that AI is so persuasive, sounds so alluring, makes it even more dangerous.
And THAT is why most people are not making money with AI, despite having 24/7 access to the most miraculous tools in the history of civilization.
You have to find some way to get the right guidance. FOR YOU. But even more important than answers, you need it to ask you better questions. Most people have no idea what the right questions are, and most don't reach them without baptisms of fire.
After mentoring entrepreneurs for 25 years, I've watched people endure a lot of pain. One blind alley after another. Lines of credit and credit cards. Robbing Peter to pay Paul.
None of us knew who to listen to & it wasn't our fault
The moment people start listening to gurus and books, they pound their square-peg selves into round holes — just like public schooling programs the originality out of kids.
These are people who refused to work for the man, who wanted to captain their own ship. Instead, they're in pain, contorted into more conformity than they had in their cube.
Nobody failed at this more gloriously than me. I nearly had a breakdown. Wrecked my marriage. Left scars.
Every expert has a yellow brick road. But it's their road. Not yours.
The knowledge I've been cultivating for 25 years & why it matters NOW
In 2001 I quit my job, hung out my shingle, started a consulting firm. I needed a lead generation CD. I headed to Buzz Cafe where I wrote a script for Guerrilla Marketing for High Tech Salespeople. It said, "People are failing because they are chasing techniques and ignoring principles. Techniques are things that work in a certain context, and they constantly change. Principles are things that are always true in any situation."
That signaled my direction for the next 25 years: curating a single consistent worldview with great care. How do you grow a business, bond with clients, sell and market — building on permanent foundations, while navigating technological waters that are constantly changing?
My pastor's kid background and engineering prepared me for this. I grew up in church where if it wasn't in a 2,000 to 4,000 year old text, it didn't make the cut. In engineering, common knowledge was any tech degree becomes obsolete in five years. But the courses I chose in electrical engineering are 90% valid 30 years later, because almost all were about very fundamental things that don't change.
Thus I have a sixth sense about what's temporary and what's permanent.
You can buy my 2007 Google book on eBay for 50 cents and it still gives you decent direction on how to use the platform 19 years later. I wrote 80/20 Sales and Marketing in 2013. Since then I've changed five paragraphs in the entire book. It's still 96% accurate. It's even more valuable in the age of AI than it was before! Because AI is 80/20 squared.
Have you noticed how b-o-r-i-n-g most business books are? 90% have zero reason to exist. Most, if they sell at all, spike then go to zero. Nobody remembers them 10 years later.
When I learn stuff, I want it to be permanent. This is exactly the philosophy I brought to building a proprietary AI system.
When AI hit, I knew sooner or later we would translate all that material to an AI. We started immediately. It turned out much harder than we thought, but this year we cracked the code on how to not only catalog the material, but prioritize and exercise judgment.
My team and I nixed what was temporary; fine tuned the permanent. We now have something unique in all the world: ONE philosophy, one methodology, a coherent set of steps.
Nobody else has this. Everyone else dispenses techniques that work at one level but fail at a larger scale. Any business, online or offline, can devote themselves to ONE set of principles that will serve you from $100,000 to $100 million, and you don't have to stop and unlearn a bunch of stuff mid-stream.
This is why billionaires come to my events.
I have hundreds of testimonials ranging from startups to Paypal buying LoanBuilder for $183 million. And now it is available to you.
If the advice doesn't match the person, you're pissing in the wind.
Your business is an extension of you. Your company reflects your convictions, passions, talents, gifts, character. Your values, your experiences, the tribes you've belonged to. This is sacred.
Your business is not some edifice you're mandated to make work in the abstract. It's a living creature that ought to serve your life, your family, your money, your mission. It should reflect the work only you can do.
So when Scott Schang and I started building SuperConductor, our top priority was to understand the human being: You.
It never gives the same advice to two different people.
SuperConductor integrates every nuance of information about you that it might want to know: your life history, your language patterns, Kolbe score, Myers-Briggs, Marketing DNA. Your StrengthsFinder, Big Five. We built an intake process where we ask carefully crafted questions.
We programmed it to deep research your market and laser in on the psychic match between you — the conversation inside your head, the dreams in your heart, your strengths, your weaknesses — and the eccentricities of whatever market you are in and whoever you've chosen your customers to be. The affinity between you and the people who can become your most raving fans. Resonance.
Do you need to reinvent yourself? Almost everyone needs to right now. SuperConductor has a very powerful (and fun) Force Multiplier called Opportunity Finder.
It finds the overlap between three essentials: your gifts and talents, people you understand who are ready to spend money, and a niche where you're the sole provider — the Star Principle, making you the most profitable player in a growing market.
That combination is a needle in a field of haystacks. SuperConductor locates it in minutes, then steers you there step by step. Then it threads the needle by matching it with any other criteria you specify.
SuperConductor is consistent, whereas the public AIs show you more bright shiny objects in 10 minutes than you used to see in a week.
Scott and I want to help you build your yellow brick road. Yours. What's so beautiful is, if you do it, you automatically have a Definitive Selling Proposition. Inherently hard for anybody else to knock off.
Not since the late Rob Berkley have I been able to talk with a person or a thing and get more useful, contextual, pivotal feedback as I've been able to get from SuperConductor. That was a godsend. It helped me transcend all the mediocre shit I was otherwise trying to patch together and helped me keenly get to the point of the problem.— Robert Skrob
Rob Berkley was a legendary coach and one of the warmest men in this business. He died of cancer in December 2018.
Most owners cash in on very little money sitting in their own customer database
Sign up. Upload one customer list to SuperConductor. A spreadsheet: who bought, how much and when.
You'll get back your 80/20 Power Curve — where your money concentrates, and how much. And Hyper-Responsive Buyers — three numbers already in your customer file tell you who's ready to buy THIS WEEK. SuperConductor will tell you their names and history.
Arithmetic not opinion. Same numbers in, same answer out.
That's how we found dollars under Mark's couch cushions. It rose up out of the numbers in 10 minutes.
Quick easy levers built into SuperConductor
SuperConductor has built in prompts called Force Multipliers based on my most effective frameworks and popular courses. Not long ago, the only way to use these was to watch/listen to/read many hours of material and master it. Now SuperConductor applies and executes in minutes:
Swiss Army Knife
Dozens of world class copywriters keep a copy of my "Swiss Army Knife for Ads" book on their desk. It's a creative companion for ALWAYS breaking out of a rut and it can beat your control no matter how successful. I stole the idea from a tree in Costa Rica and used it to develop the adaptive concept in Evolution 2.0.
Ask SuperConductor "use Swiss Army Knife to build a set of ads I can A/B test" and it will gather everything it needs from a dozen sources and serve them to you on a silver platter. Because it knows you, your ethics, your beliefs and values, you set its boundaries and it won't drift into fabricating lies.
Network Effect for Mere Mortals
From the Rosetta Stone seminar. Where I defined how regular, ordinary businesses like roofing and real estate companies use digital assets to build moats around their castle, so they become far more competition-proof than they appear. Instead of watching 10 hours of videos and spending months trying to master it, just ask. It will automatically layer these into your business across days and weeks. All you have to do is ask.
Axis Shift
How do you subvert the Good Ol' Boys Club? How do you overturn the moneychangers in your own marketplace? How do you flip from one set of assumptions to another, and reinvent your industry, making YOU the market leader instead of someone else? Uber Axis Shifted taxis. The ride-sharing industry is now 100 times bigger than the taxi biz ever was or could have been. Axis Shift came from Evolution 2.0 biology and it walks you through one step at a time. It's you reinventing your industry by being who you are.
Those three are Force Multipliers. SuperConductor knows more than 300 of my frameworks. It draws from that library, which is why its advice is congruent instead of contradicting itself from one week to the next. It gets you out of your own head.
Meanwhile, gurus are telling people "bro, you can just put eight prompts into Claude and it'll figure it out." It won't.
Everyone's worn out with that BS already. Are you tired of hucksters selling you prompts?
Force Multipliers are epic Planet Perry moves — the maneuvers I've run for paying clients, that almost nobody outside my paid programs has ever seen. A dozen plus, one click away.
Here are a few of the others:
- Espresso Machine — fast easy money already ready to happen inside your business.
- Martini Glass — the exact tipping point where upscaling traffic flips upside down and sinks your ship.
- Hyper-Responsive Buyers — three numbers already in your customer file tell you who's ready to buy TODAY. SuperConductor will tell you their names.
- Star Principle Scorecard with a jet pack — divides your business into dozens of sub-markets, then pinpoints where easy growth and scale is, even when it's needles in haystacks. (Does in minutes what we struggled to convince clients to do for themselves for years.)
- Promotion Success Predictor — 30 checkboxes before you spend a single dime or try to command a moment of attention. Prevents you from diving head first into empty swimming pools.
- The 20/120 Rule — how to extract the vampire ingredients that are sucking profit out of your business, and NOT upset the high-profit stuff.
- Moat Mapper — four flavors of thermonuclear protection around your castle. AI is steamrolling two of them in most businesses. Moat Mapper does judo moves that transform AI into a moat instead of a threat.
- Tactical Triangle — traffic, conversion, economics, the very backbone of SuperConductor. The tool uses it to orient everything in the entire toolbox, and matches itself to your personality before it answers any question.
- Multiply by Subtracting — almost everyone adds where they should eliminate. You need to embrace one flavor of complexity, and outsource it to people or machines; the other kind of complexity, you must eradicate with prophetic zeal.
You don't have to master the Frameworks or Force Multipliers. You just need to know what they are.
These took two decades to develop. Each course used to take days to learn and months to master. Some run PhD level math formulas. A few years ago you'd have needed to hire a grad student. Now you just say, "SuperConductor, run a Swiss Army Knife creativity generator on my ads."
I've spent much of this year training it to recognize where and when to apply them. You don't even have to know what the Force Multipliers are. You just need to start a conversation about your situation.
SuperConductor can run quantum physics in the background... then write you a children's book and explain to a 6-year-old what it just did.
A day is coming when the Public AIs become very adept at vacuuming out your wallet.
Once in 2003 my Google ad got disapproved. My text was "How to write a whitepaper." The editor nixed my ad and scolded me: "You have to use two words — 'white paper' — not one. We don't allow misspellings."
I picked up the phone and called Google. I can't imagine they had more than 100 team members at that point. A woman came on the line. Her mannerisms suggested a Stanford degree. I bet she was one of the first 20 employees.
I told her, "I think the English language belongs to the people who speak it, not to the people who write dictionaries. To those of us who speak it, whitepaper is one word. It's a word because that's how I use it."
She squirmed and admitted, "I agree. I think you're right. Um, let me see what I can do." She resolved it for me.
That was the early, early, early days of Google — back when the employees gave a shit. Back when they really meant "don't be evil."
Fast forward 3-4 years... employees got replaced with contractors, bots and temps and sales reps who lie to your face.
The platform got re-optimized to vacuum out your bank account. My clients would get phone calls: "Hi, this is Meredith from Google, I'd like to help you optimize your ad campaign." All the wisdom I'd carefully taught them went out the window, and campaigns that were making cushy profits suddenly burned five times the budget. And their sales went to zero.
It made me FURIOUS.
It stopped being fun.
Big companies like Apple, Google and Amazon had built gigantic technology platforms based on their technological vision. But regular folks didn't know how to use them. There were no rules. People stumbled around in the dark.
In the 2000s I was one of the 100 people who invented the rules of modern online marketing. WE invented landing pages, autoresponder sequences, Pay Per Click methods, sales funnels and product launches.
We came from a tribe of direct marketing entrepreneurs. Our mantra was: use direct marketing to create and grow small businesses. Question every assumption. Test everything. The only truth you can be certain of is money deposited in your bank account. Track every penny. Don't get cheated. Sleep with one eye open.
As we developed our methods, we knew the Big Platforms would become predatory.
We had to look out for one another. I knew where my loyalties lay. I was not Google's bitch. I was an advocate for my customers. I didn't even buy Google stock; I felt that would be a conflict of interest.
Because, just like Google, a day is coming when the big platforms ain't gonna be no fun anymore. A day is coming when the AIs, just like Google, only wanna vacuum out your wallet. (AI is in the honeymoon phase now. Investment money is flowing. Market forces do not permit them to bare their teeth yet. Just you wait.)
Scott and I wanted SuperConductor to be affordable. It's the same tech for everybody. It also includes our New Renaissance community. The culture you belong to while building your business matters more than the technology. I speak from painful experience.
SuperConductor is the exit ramp. Take it now, BEFORE that happens.
You can build your business on a platform that does NOT train competitors with your data.
And if 3 months or 3 years from now you wake up and everything has gone wrong — your merchant account suspended, bank account shut down, economy in a tailspin, electricity shut off — it's not going to be a technology or a platform that transports you to safety.
It's going to be your relationship with our other members. You need to build your friends now. You need to be a participant in a community, not just taking but giving.
Our community is more trustworthy, more salt of the earth, than any other community I know, and we have some very talented people.
Who this is for
You have years of hard-won expertise in your business. You might be a consultant, software developer, manufacturer, service provider, or thought leader. Or lawn and tree service.
Your expertise doesn't scale well. Your team can't replicate what you do. Your clients only "get" 20% of what you tell them.
You've tried AI for surface-level tasks — summaries, rewrites, scheduling — but it feels like endless micro-tasks in a gray fog. No compounding. No architecture or leverage.
SuperConductor is for those who are feeling discouraged, beleaguered, weary, beaten down, saturated with all kinds of nonsense.
SuperConductor is for people who are caught between the former "Golden Age of Marketing" that no longer works like it used to... and the brand new age of Highly Customized Experiences, whose rules are not yet clear. It's for those who understand the new world will still conform to eternal principles, but will manifest very differently... and are now ready for the fortification before the jump.
Who this isn't for
Not for people who won't take the time to answer vital questions and do a careful intake.
Not for dreamers who don't have a business or don't have a specific business vector.
Not for you if you're unwilling to load files into your own private AI system. (Your data is inaccessible to us, just like your Gmail is inaccessible to programmers at Google). SuperConductor is only as good as your answers are accurate.
$99... vs the mistake you're about to make
My rate is $4,000 an hour. A year of Advanced Mastery Network is $60K. There are 46 courses inside SuperConductor and they sold for a few hundred dollars to $2000 each. Buy them one at a time and you're well into 5 figures before you even get to the seminars. All that wisdom sits in my vault and in the members area, and 99% of people are never going to scour the videos and transcripts to pick up the gold.
That's why I've been working with Scott Schang to build an AI engine that contains my entire body of work. On a good day, SuperConductor is better than me. It's $199 a month. A full year costs less than 40 minutes of my time.
There are two ways in.
Quick Start
You answer the onboarding interview yourself and start using SuperConductor today.
Concierge Setup
Eric Oberesch works with you personally — deep intake interview, data loading — everything dialed in over a series of private guided sessions.
- The SuperConductor engine — more than 300 frameworks, tuned to your business, with Force Multipliers one click away
- Your private sealed vault that remembers you
- Your customizable cockpit — it shows you what matters most
- A subscription to RenAIssance Labs (RenAI) — two live AI labs a month with Scott Schang, your staff included at no extra cost, a "911" coupon for emergency access to Scott, and a 24/7 Circle Community
- My monthly newsletter and Memos from the Head Office calls
- Member discounts on everything else in Planet Perry
You don't have to master the material. You just have to be familiar enough with it to ask good questions, and SuperConductor applies it to your business in minutes.
Five years at $199 a month is $12K. A promotion that was supposed to bring in $100K and only brought $17K costs you a LOT more than that. One mistake you're poised to make right now will cost more than five years of SuperConductor usage fees.
My guarantee
Pay the $99. Do the intake. Connect your data sources — which need to include your client purchase history and a current snapshot of your business.
One more condition, very important: if you hit a snag, click the support button and ask us for live help. SuperConductor is new and there WILL be snags. Don't sit there stuck.
Do those things, and within three hours you will find dollars you weren't picking up. Leaks in your bucket. Lost customers. Money under your couch cushions. Prospects with credit card in hand ready to buy, who are not being served.
If you don't, tell us. We'll refund your $99 promptly and cheerfully. We don't ask you to prove anything. You're the judge.
Questions people ask
We can also provide custom "Done For You" cockpits, built by my team to your own specification. Email [email protected] and she'll walk you through it.
Six-month access is $999. An annual version is also available.
For a fully custom cockpit built by our team, reach out to [email protected].
Your staff members are allowed to participate in sessions at no extra cost, which gets them up to speed fast. You also get a "911" coupon for emergency access to Scott when something can't wait for the next lab. Between calls, the 24/7 Circle Community is full of members doing the same thing you're doing — it is the most trustworthy, salt of the earth group I know, and some very talented hombres belong to it.
SuperConductor knows where to start. It asks you the questions right out of the gate. It's not a library with a search box; it's a diagnostic engine. It reads your data, your history and your personality, and tells you what you didn't think to ask.
25 years of consultations, seminars and frameworks, obsessing about eternal principles instead of flash in the pan techniques — and I thoughtfully programmed all of it into a problem solving engine that responds to your unique personality, your style, your data, your history and your information sources, with enterprise-grade security. The number of people in the world who even could do that, you can count on one hand. It's ready and available today.
Ten minutes from triumph
The other day I said to Scott Schang, "ChatGPT Codex is the best AI I've found for math problems."
Scott smiled and replied, "This week."
Technology shifts all the time. Principles do not. Are you going to build your house on a rock, or are you going to build it on sand?
Say YES and everything changes. You pay $99, do the intake, SuperConductor starts finding stuff. It gives you a daily game plan and helps you execute it.
Or.... you keep dithering and talking to Claude or ChatGPT, going around in circles.
The famous musician Neil Peart said, "Don't leave spontaneity to chance." As you improvise and innovate, you need to play on a secure platform — where nobody is training competitors on your data or selling it to people who are not your friends — and where you can build exponential understanding over time.
Build an asset, then build moats around it.
So many people feel like they're walking around in a fog, and the truth is they're 10 minutes from triumph and they just don't know it.
Sleep with one eye open. Tribe. Make friends. Strategize. Seek wisdom. Celebrate. Build culture. Master technology. It's going to take ALL those things to buy a train ticket into the rest of the 21st century.
Make SuperConductor your secret weapon and we'll figure out the late 2020s and early 2030s together.
Seize the epoch,
Perry Marshall
