The web turned human years into dog years. AI turns dog years into weeks.

One Roundtable member serviced 6 cities; now in 200+ cities across three states. Another slashed his company from 25 employees down to 8 during COVID, made a roaring comeback, then sold his firm for eight figures.

The rules have changed. The principles have not. Miss this, and you repeat the Dot Com Crash and 2008. Integrate the timeless with the timely and you become one of the titans of the next era.

YES! I want to apply for Roundtable 2.0

Dear Business Builder,

There has never been a time when your attention could be jerked in more directions at once. It gets carved into transparent slices, like prosciutto, so thin you never get anything done.

People are assaulted by AI decision fatigue. Those who heavily create and use AI make a blistering number of decisions every day. A vibe-coding dopamine rush and crash, with Psychedelic FOMO. A raging ocean.

Some are complacent. Cynical. Jaded. “I’ve heard this before.”

But you still haven’t done it.

Discouraged. Waiting for something to happen. (Something is not going to just happen.)

Some of you are just plain sucking your thumb.

It’s not your fault that our elected officials are in bed with big corporations. It’s not your fault that the AI companies are stealing everyone’s IP. It’s not your fault that there’s a war in the middle east.

You’re just the economic engine who has to make the numbers work, and you’re not sure what to do next.

The cocktail of social media comparison syndrome and “you can create anything with AI” has people struggling with epic levels of second-guessing themselves and feeling like they’re missing out.

There are 1000 possible next steps and each step after that has another 10 options.

Most people are bewildered and laboring under false guilt.

Many feel a vague sense of dread. Some folks are saying to themselves, “I don’t know who I am anymore.”

What used to feel like progress now feels like a burden. What used to seem like value now feels like homework. What used to empower you feels like overwhelm.

Are You Reinventing Yourself? The Answer is Almost Certainly YES

This month I spent three days in Austin with 40 entrepreneurs. Somebody asked, “How many of you are reinventing yourselves right now?”

75%of hands went up. I don’t know how the number could be any lower.

We are in a blender… a space between two epochs that many people find bewildering and confusing. These are times of great uncertainty, which means they are times of great opportunity.

The dangers are clear and everywhere. The paths to prosperity are shrouded in fog.

We have aging baby boomers. All manner of geopolitical and economic issues. AI is growing at such blistering speed, things that are impossible today suddenly sweep the globe in 3 months. Technology is rendering entire industries obsolete.

It is now possible to speak almost anything into existence, create any product.

That means markets are slippery because anyone can compete with anybody, any time, anywhere. On a scale of 1 to 100, the range of actual AI implementation by real humans ranges from 0 to 10,000. Many people use it little if at all; and some who have a dozen agents managing a dozen agents each.

You are one vibe coder away from being replaced.

There is no average. There are only extremes.

The moats around most businesses are invisible.

Two days ago I was talking to a client who, a year or two back, had 400 employees. He runs a mostly web-based business. He’s cut his staff to 100. He gave nine months of severance to everybody who left. He told me, “I’ve done the math, and I’ve analyzed this, and it is possible to get this company down to 20.”

And the company is growing.

A contractor who has done work for us told me, “I really don’t want to learn this AI stuff. I just want to punch in, punch out, do my work. I’m going to be retiring pretty soon.”

I don’t think I’m going to be able to use this person much longer.

You alone decide which of those two people you’re going to be. The contractor waiting to retire? Or the person who builds a cockpit around his own strengths and soars in it?

Most of my members and clients can only truly give themselves to work that they really care about. They can’t be in just a business simply because it’s a “good” business.

Most entrepreneurs are chronically trying to figure out how to automate that part away. How to get rid of the manual labor. How not to talk to anybody ever again.

It sounds smart. Beyond a certain point it’s suicidal.

A lot of people would rather keep the chaos than have the freedom. The chase feels better than the calm. Left alone, most of us choose chaos.

Your real problem is at the bottom of the swamp, right where you least want to look.

That’s also where the gleaming sword is.

One of my most successful collaboration formulas is assisting the operator who needs an alchemist. He knows how to run a good business, knows how to run the trains on time, but struggles with creative leaps.

That’s where I come in.

Another ideal client match is the industry leader who needs a place to belong. He wants a space where he can take off his gladiator suit and mix it up with other human beings. Most of our Roundtable members have problems they can only discuss with a very few other human beings.

The Path of Greater Rewards

So how do you put this into action?

One way is trial and error. It takes forever, and you still can’t see your own blind spot.

The other way is a peer advisory group.

Roundtable is a dozen founders like you who meet 3X per year, 2 days each, break bread, see around the corner, enjoy sane lives and work schedules, build profitable businesses based on principles not techniques, and where an enviable number of our members sell their companies for 8 figures and more.

I started Roundtable in 2005. Each member tells the group exactly what’s going on in their business, which means you get an insider’s view of a dozen businesses at every single meeting.

Underneath all of this … escaping most people’s notice … the principles still have not changed. Star businesses still grow. Cash cows still throw off cash. Dogs, the dead weight in your product line, your client list, your org chart still suck the life out of everything around them. The five power disqualifiers are still true every time anyone sells anything to anybody.

This is the only community where the pillars are more relevant now than they were 10 years ago.

Focus is the new superpower.

People crave simplification to a level they’ve never craved before. My book Detox, Declutter, Dominate is more true than the day we published it in 2020.

Anthony Hilb

“As a reminder, in 2024 during my first year in Roundtable, we grew our sales by 32% just that year.

“The year I was in AMN in 2025, we doubled profits and reduced our ad spend by 40% and still managed to hit the same level of sales with a way lower client acquisition cost. This single metric is also a major part of the reason for why we’ve been approved for nearly one million dollars of funding for growth with a terrific interest rate that’s a long-term loan rather than the short-term loans we used to utilize for growth. This alone gives us more positive cash flow that we didn’t think we’d see until 10 to 15 years from now, and now we are blessed to experience it right now while drastically increasing our stability.

“By helping us improve our framework, we also went from 46 Google reviews to over 400 Google reviews with the most positive reviews in our territory in our industry.

“We’ve won the best lawn care and landscaping and the best tree service award 8 years in a row in Monroe County from The Herald Times.

“Now we’re in three different states servicing 200+ cities. When I started in Roundtable, we serviced 5 or 6 cities.

“With everything I’ve learned from you, Perry, Josh Long, Robert, the rest of your team, and the rest of the members in Roundtable and AMN, we have more opportunities than we ever dreamt we’d have compared to just a few years ago. This is why I don’t take as many meetings these days because the increased paid opportunities flowing to us have significantly increased.”

One long shot and three fish in a barrel. Not three long shots and one fish. In the pre-internet world, maybe one long shot out of ten paid off. On the internet, it’s more like one in twenty. In the AI world, I think it’s one in forty.

Prevailing in the 21st century takes almost cult-like discipline — from a community.

I published 80/20 Sales & Marketing in 2013. Most people still don’t really get 80/20, but the world today is 80/20 squared. 80/20 is more relevant than ever. The education my Roundtable members got in 2005 when we started is still serving them today.

Yet there are always boys of summer, promising glitter and gold.

Why This Group Is Still Producing Stars After 21 Years

The members come from a wide range of industries, and the variety acts as a BS filter.

Everyone has to explain their plans in English instead of industry silo techno-speak.

It works because I’ve been inside of 300 industries and worked with thousands of businesses. The world is FULL of mastermind groups but almost none of them have the kind of seasoned experience, credentials, endorsements and track record that I have.

There’s a TON of mastermind groups. If you go to 7-11 and pick up some milk this afternoon, chances are the clerk will ask you if you’d like to join a Mastermind for 7-11 banana buyers.

A whole bunch of mastermind groups are free. If you’re the type of person who belongs in Perry Marshall Roundtable 2.0, you’ve probably been invited to at least three.

But you still get what you pay for.

And most mastermind groups aren’t even masterminds. They’re seminars that are CALLED mastermind groups, but you get little or no FOCUSED attention from the group or from the leaders.

In Roundtable, the full attention of the group AND the leadership is on you and your business every single meeting, and every month in the support meetings.

How the next 12 months begins

We start with a whiteboard session to qualify the candidate before we accept them.

Then you get a private 1-1 session with me. And with John McGee, who dials in your offer, power promise and Definitive Selling Proposition. Where applicable, we have an ad expert audit your paid traffic. We find leaks in your bucket. We introduce you to strategic people and contacts.

The goal is to pay for your membership before the first in-person meeting in January.

We set up an accountability system to communicate key metrics and make sure objectives are being met.

We have Office Hours calls every month where all the members meet to discuss whatever is on your minds. We rotate every month between 1-1 calls, small group calls and check-ins with John McGee, who is available to every member.

We meet in person for 2 days in May and October in Chicago. The January meeting is in a warm climate.

Many times I’m able to help members with key connections to people who can open doors for them.

What happens behind closed doors

You get 48 hours with a dozen owners taking businesses apart. You leave with decisions already made — not a page of ideas.

Everybody still gets a full hot seat at every meeting, in a smaller group, with guidance. YOUR business gets the undivided attention of some of the sharpest, on-the-grow entrepreneurs in the space.

My collection of Roundtable members and alums is a who’s who of successful independent entrepreneurs. You get a year of other people’s expensive mistakes. You don’t have to pay for the lesson. Eleven already did — and one of ’e’ will warn you which mistake you’re about to make, before you make it.

After a year you’ve seen hundreds of situations, and your “muscle memory” is armed with correct responses to hazards that decimate most people.

We started applying 80/20 to the hot seats. This doubled the pace of Roundtable.

Curated Show & Tell. My members have epiphanies and discoveries, and I carve out specific time for those discoveries to be shared. Oftentimes these come from stories that could never be revealed in public.

The gladiator suit

A glaring difference between Roundtable and almost everywhere else is that in most mastermind groups, nobody ever takes their gladiator suit off.

Often the meeting organizer is working to disguise that a third of the people there don’t even have a real business or are still trying to decide what they’re going to do when they grow up. Many groups are just a bunch of guys preening and trying to impress everyone with the size of their ‘package.’

The substitute for authenticity is slinging ideas at you a million miles an hour.

Roundtable is not like that. Now, it’s not like we make anybody strip naked. Rather, because the leader is transparent (I don’t attempt to hide my own flaws and mistakes), the members of our group likewise are free to be transparent.

You will find a distinct lack of pressure in Roundtable to be or appear a certain way.

I focus 95/5 X-ray vision on your business — and at the world your business is living in.

The new format gives us more time for it. At the most recent meeting I stepped completely outside the marketing and strategy box, and it was a barn-burner.

One of the musicians I most admire is Miles Davis. Miles re-invented himself and his music five times, and the average fan was not able or willing to follow him into all his forays. The people who liked Kind of Blue wanted more Kind of Blue.

This is what’s now happening with me as well. I voyage far, far outside of business these days to get insights.

I am usually NOT reading the latest business bestseller to extract new discoveries for my entrepreneurial brood. I find that boring. As likely as not, it’s coming from molecular biology or the middle ages or some mathematics paper from 1931.

What you really can’t get at any seminar in the world is my latest synthesis of what’s really happening on planet earth and how it relates to a poem written in 700 AD or the work of a Russian biologist in 1924. But I tie all of this together and connect it solidly… so when you get home from a Roundtable 2.0 meeting, you are fully prepared to hit the ground running.

Roundtable members are more grounded than anybody else in this business.

“I’m only offering you the truth, Neo. Nothing more,” as Morpheus said in The Matrix.

Something breaks on a Tuesday night and you need an answer before Wednesday morning.

This year you get “911 coupons.” You call Rachell, she finds me anywhere in the world, and you almost always have me inside 24 hours.

I’m adding mentoring time on top of that, so I stay current with every member’s business.

AI’s Highest Use

Everybody is talking about AI. Most of what is for sale is shallow, and from the outside you cannot tell which options have substance and which ones are a money pit.

Scott Schang was a Roundtable member in 2019-2021. He sold a mortgage business 3 years ago; he and I co-founded DIAL Systems.

Scott can look at the most complicated processes and find a way to make them faster, less expensive, and (believe it or not) more human.

Our most ambitious Roundtable members are extremely aggressive about AI and if that’s you, Scott will challenge your mettle.

Scott maps how you think, how your business operates, and the idiosyncrasies of your market. Then the system gets built on top of that. A client goes home with a personal AI workspace that knows his business, and it keeps evolving with him.

We built a million-dollar system for a financial services firm. Delivered 4 months early and $250,000 under budget. Their top salespeople started setting records within 2 months of turning it on.

Mark Riffey is CEO of ENERCALC. I said to him at a recent meeting, “It sounds like your team is doing what would have taken five times as many people three or four years ago.”

He said, “Absolutely correct. We are a very small team, and we are very productive.”

60-day accelerator ($10,000 when sold separately)

This ensures that your Roundtable membership pays for itself as rapidly as possible:

  • Funnel Fix: My coaching team will step through your sales funnel with a fine-toothed comb. They’ll identify key leverage points that could boost your sales, reduce waste, and tame your ad spend. (This alone may cover your entire year of Roundtable tuition.)
  • 1-on-1 Kick-off Business Review with Perry
  • “Help! 911” Coupon from Perry
OUR FIRST GOAL is to pay for your year’s membership in the first 60 days.

Other “Gurus” are Still Telling You that More Traffic is the Answer: It’s Almost Certainly Not

Brian is in the live event business. He came to me because he needed more leads.

“My agency keeps telling me I just need to spend more and got angry with me when I refused.”

In his whiteboard session I told him that was terrible advice and that we would tighten his sales funnel. He joined and multiple segments of his funnel improved by 10-30% in conversion and revenue. We helped him increase his prices which increased his conversion rates. Counterintuitive, but it almost always happens when you run a legitimate business.

What a year of this produces

You will have had 12 months of consistent tracking of goals, leads, opportunities, pipelines.

Every member at some point in the program will find that the group has redefined a major lever in their business.

Most members during the year also, with the group’s help, redefine their relationship with an employee, manager, partner or key vendor that proves to be a major unlock.

Most members at some point — and it’s usually an unplanned surprise — have a crisis that the group and leadership immediately assist them with. Usually this was unforeseen and more often than not we turn it to their advantage.

One client called in a 911 coupon the week two key staff members quit at the same time, in the middle of relocating to another state. Less than 2 months later the positions were being served better than before.

This happens over and over again.

We are selective about who gets in. Star businesses still grow and cash cows still pay, and if we cannot see a path to moving you into one of those two positions, we turn the application down.

We will not accept you into Roundtable unless we are confident that we can help you achieve a 2X to 5X investment on your Roundtable membership fee (or more). That call gets made before you pay, not after.

Which is the only kind of assurance worth anything. My job is to make you money in the first 60 days, not to hand it back to you at the end of the year.

What People Are Saying About Roundtable…

Brady Roberts

In 2020 Brady Roberts was the worst off of all of us. He cut his company from 25 employees down to 8, came back, and sold the firm for eight figures.

Mark Riffey

Mark Riffey knew he had a sellable business. Problem was, he wasn’t the owner, just a major stakeholder, and the owner wasn’t all that motivated to do what Mark knew needed to be done.

In Roundtable we walked Mark through renegotiating the owner’s role. What he had to get in writing. What he had to get nailed down and aligned.

Mark turned down an offer of $20 million. Then he accepted an offer of $32 million.

I’m not saying he would have turned down that $20 million if it had not been for us. I am saying he felt a LOT more confident turning it down, because he had the support, advice and experience of the experts in Planet Perry behind him.

Last year in Roundtable, one member vibe coded an entire software suite for another member.

Not a demo. Not a template. The whole thing. He runs his company on it today.

He didn’t hire a dev shop. He didn’t learn to code. He was a member.

None of us will forget in 2020 when COVID closed in. Like you, I woke up every morning trapped in my house, hating every minute of it, feeling an enormous sense of responsibility to my members. I’d never been in a pandemic before and neither had you. I didn’t know how to do this, and neither did you.

I would pray for wisdom and climb in the saddle.

Our members would serve up problems. One by one, we would solve them. During that year, 89% of our members’ numbers were up compared to pre-COVID.

We work our problems out in the context of a community. We draw together, and one by one, the roadblocks move.

My students have built fortunes collectively worth billions. In 2010, I ate lunch in a food court with Nigel Eccles and his wife Leslie in London. The membership site I helped them with was FanDuel, the fantasy football company now worth hundreds of millions.

In 2017, Ed Harycki sold his company Swift Capital to PayPal for $183 million.

He had attended my Star Seminar with Richard Koch in 2014, then started holding regular Star meetings with his team. He did not sell by accident. He built and sold that company on models he picked up in Planet Perry.

Casey Graham
Casey Graham
Founder, The Rocket Company

A guy showed up at a 4-Man Intensive. He had an information marketing, membership and coaching business, plus a fledgling software-as-service company on the side.

I told him point blank: “Don’t build an information empire. Build that software company. Someone will buy it from you.”

Two years later Casey Graham sold his company for… well, let’s just say it was enough, he’ll never have to work another day in his life.

He wouldn’t have taken my advice if he hadn’t paid for it.

So yes, I’ve been closely associated with “unicorns.” And my primary aim these days is taking equity in more such companies. This is the main focus of my business.

But when Casey Graham told his rags to riches story in a private Renaissance Club webinar, Casey explained that MOST people should aim to build a LIFESTYLE BUSINESS. One that makes you the money you need to make and gives you the time and freedom to do the things you love to do.

I have many, many Roundtable and coaching members who have achieved levels of freedom and autonomy that very, very few attain.

Ben Morris, founder of Kristalytics, has a wife, a young son, a home in Austin Texas, another home in Aspen Colorado, loves his work passionately (if you get him started, he won’t stop talking about it for three hours) with generous freedom to go where he wants to go and do what he wants to do.

In the last ten years, not only have I built a good business and platform but have also adopted two kids from China, written five books, and launched a technology prize with judges from Harvard, Oxford and MIT.

We get to hang out with guys like this.

David Jellins owns the largest adventure travel site in Australia and the United States. He goes where he wants to go and does what he wants to do.

Michael Strickland has built Ship A Car Direct from a glorified affiliate tin shack to mini-empire and Star Simplifier, with designs for world domination.

Megan Macedo

Megan Macedo bought a hot seat at a London City Tour meeting and told me she wanted to be the Brené Brown of marketing. I showed her how to move from webmaster and copywriter to the person who probes the depths of her clients’ soul, and which clients would go there and which ones would not.

Today she is the Brené Brown of marketing. She lives in London, she teaches what she wants to teach, and she gets paid well for it.

Finn Peacock

Finn Peacock built SolarQuotes Australia and sold it in 2025. He came to London and shared his story at our private gathering. Finn loved his life while building SolarQuotes and he still loves his involvement now as the semi-retired, still-involved founder.

Featured Guests

I know some of the most fascinating people in the world. And I’m going to introduce you to them.

Meetings often include a special guest who will spend at least one full day with the group. These people are hard to reach. Individuals you would not normally meet or get to spend time with under ordinary circumstances. Given that these individuals have so much freedom and autonomy, it can be a trick to get them to clear two days. But each of our three meetings (January in warm climates, May + October in the Chicagoland area) will feature a guest with fascinating insights to share, with full access. You get meals and up-close-and-personal time.

Rob Sieracki
Rob Sieracki
Roundtable Guest Speaker

“I’ve fought my way to a seat at the table at elite mastermind groups with execs at massive companies, brands with names my aunt knows, etc. National brands, people who wrote Harvard Business Review articles, Marketing Sherpa case studies, etc. Had great discussions there about angles to save cash on private jet insurance, and exotic skiing locales.

“But I don’t ski. And there’s no Cirrus G3 or G2 in my world. One day at Perry’s roundtable and the actionable content was way, way, way, way, way more valuable (that’s FIVE ways, or, ‘PENTA-WAY’ more valuable).

“You cannot beat Perry’s roundtables for a combination of the immediate / pragmatic & the truly deep long-term thinking. If you run a business, budget for this first, and everything else after. Seriously. It’d make no sense not to.

“Crunch the numbers. Try it. Ask Perry what kinds of things people have as takeaways. Perry’s roundtable masterminds are a supreme value. Odds approach five nines (that’s 99.999%) you learn enough in a half day to pay for it for five years.

“You know the midwestern work ethic? Perry’s got a Midwestern thinking ethic. Sensible, realistic. Thinking you can rely on to better yourself and your business. Useful at the macro level AND useful where the rubber meets the road.

“I can’t think of a business problem I wouldn’t bring his mastermind group and not expect a solid answer. Priceless.

“Your level of thinking is approximately the average of the level of thinking of the company you keep. That’s my fervent belief. Perry’s mastermind puts you in a group of people primed to think at a very high level, right when they’re doing their best, most challenging thinking.

“I’ve seen it firsthand. Truly game-changing revelations occur multiple times every single day. There is no better value than that, is there?

“If you know about Perry’s mastermind roundtables and are thinking of NOT doing it, ask Perry for my cell phone number. Seriously. I can’t think of a single valid reason why you wouldn’t sign up if you plan on running or selling a business on this planet, and I’m prepared to be articulate and convincing on the subject. Test me.”

Are you ready for Roundtable?

  • ✓ Does your business earn (or could it earn) $1 million+ in annual revenues?
  • ✓ Do you want to make your business as profitable and bullet-proof as you can before the next disruption?
  • ✓ Are you feeling the creaking and groaning of two eras grinding against each other like tectonic plates? Are you seeking a sense of equilibrium?

Then you might be ready to leverage the strategies, networks, and advice that can keep you alive… and even growing… when the NEXT economic curveball arrives.

This is NOT for you if

  • You don’t have a real business yet, or you’re still trying to decide what you’re going to do when you grow up.
  • You’d rather keep the chaos than have the freedom. The chase feels better than the calm.
  • You’re chronically trying to figure out how never to talk to anybody ever again.
  • You won’t take your gladiator suit off.

Are you having the conversations you WANT to have?

Are you spending time with the kind of people you want to spend time with?

Are you surrounded by the kinds of people you want to BE LIKE in five years?

Are you deliberately putting yourself in situations where you’re trying to be the “dumbest guy in the room”?

Are you surrounded by people who have ten times your mojo, who have scaled summits in some realm 10X or 100X beyond what you have – yet they earnestly care about you and your success as well?

And what about the advice you’re getting?

Do you know for an absolute fact that the people you receive advice from ALWAYS AND UNWAVERINGLY TELL YOU THE TRUTH?

Or do they fudge a little? Do they email their list and say there’s only 119 seats for this webinar when the capacity is really 500?

People who lie about little things lie about big things, too.

Roundtable member Frank Michel sells companies for a living. He started his firm as 9/11 was happening. He has witnessed owners through that, the credit crisis, and COVID.

“Oftentimes it seems the response to something usually has greater impact than the something.”

They abandon what’s working too fast. Disaster inevitably ensues.

So what are you overreacting to?

Every time I do a live event, I meet an entrepreneur who does not see the massive potential in his own business. They are either too close to it… or take it for granted… or are just thinking too small.

Yet every six months someone in our community sells their business for $10 million and more. And that tells me there are many, many more businesses out there with the right stuff.

Many more businesses have the makings of a Star enterprise, a Network Effect business that can dig a deep and impenetrable moat around themselves.

The 80/20 Principle assures all of us they are out there.

YOUR business might be one of them.

You are seeing this announcement, which means there’s a good chance it has aggressive growth potential.

And if so, you don’t have time to dawdle. Let’s evade the forces that threaten you.

If you think you might have a business with something special, you better find out for sure… FAST.

Does your business provide the freedom, flexibility, cash, resources and connections you need to live your ideal, purposeful life?

One Friday night when I was 16, a professor named Dr. Lee bought me a Coke.

He grew up in the Korean war, the oldest in his family, cupboards bare, stealing fruits and vegetables every day to feed his brothers and sisters. On an especially desperate day he said, “God if you get me out of this I’ll work harder than anybody.”

Ten years later he was washing dishes at Virginia Tech to pay the rent while he finished his PhD. Five years after that he was a chaired professor, and the University of Nebraska created an endowed chair to keep him. He was the highest paid faculty member in the entire university.

My jaw dropped. This guy makes more on a good day than my dad makes in a month!

Then he said: “I charge $3,000 to $5,000 a day for consulting. I don’t do it for the money, I don’t need more money. I do it for respect. When the CEO of a company is paying you five thousand dollars a day to tell him what’s wrong with his company, then when you finally tell him, he takes notes.

“It’s all about respect.”

This was 1986. $5,000 a day was a lot of dinero in 1986.

I was living at his house that week, because my parents were in Maryland getting cancer treatments for my dad. I took notes too. It was one of the most pivotal seasons of my entire life.

Today I’m a guerilla-engineer-entrepreneur version of Dr. Lee. A little like a college professor (including occasional streaks of absent-mindedness). I write books, teach classes, do research, grade papers, and consult at high fees.

I even have two Asian kids… just like he did.

One reason I’ve been able to be so effective as a teacher is, like Dr. Lee, I’m expensive.

January is a cohort start, not a rolling door.

And at this point in my life, I am also reinventing myself.

I can’t promise that personal mentoring and coaching will continue to be available after 2027.

I’m working on the world’s thorniest marketing problem — altering the “where we came from” conversation…

…because if we don’t change that conversation soon, the 21st century will be twice as bloody as the 20th.

I have funding. I have the support of some of the world’s top scientists… Harvard, Oxford, MIT, UCLA. In 2025 I was co-founder of a cancer early detection startup.

The projects I am working on will change history. People will be talking about this in 300 years.

I cannot make any promises as to my availability in the next two years. If you’ve been putting off Roundtable… time to stop procrastinating.

I’ve got huge skin-in-the-game. I am as much in the trenches as any client I’ve ever worked with.

So, as a leader, teacher, mentor, marketing consultant, I’m not the ivory tower professor who teaches theory. I’ve got the smell of blood and battle all over me.

If you get accepted into Roundtable in 2027, you’ll be coached and mentored personally by me, and you’ll get the level of TLC that members of Roundtable have always received.

I can’t guarantee that you’ll receive that in years beyond unless 1) you’re willing to give me equity stake in your company, and 2) your firm is a company that qualifies for Private Equity Group in the first place.

I’ve turned down several offers of equity positions. I learned this selectivity from Richard Koch, who has only said “yes” to 19 deals in the last 25 years. Those 19 deals grew his wealth from $4 million to over $500 million.

It pays to be discriminating. Not 80/20… not 95/5… but 99/1. Needles in haystacks.

Every Single Roundtable 2.0 Meeting will Come with a Surprise

…and perhaps two or three. But at the very least, one major, world-rocking insight. You will be connected with some of the most esteemed people in the world, and your private advisory group will watch your back.

I’m like Dr. Lee, the guy I met when I was 16. Instead of charging $5,000 a day for consulting, the number is closer to $30,000 now.

Roundtable 2.0 is the most economical way to get consistent access to me throughout the year. The advice you receive is good because the list of people now worth tens or hundreds of millions… the list of Planet Perry members who have superb, enviable lifestyle businesses, continues to swell.

But most importantly: I tell you the truth.

Are you ready to take the Red Pill?

If your answer is yes, apply to Roundtable 2.0 now.

And Seize the Day.

Perry Marshall
