THE INTERVENTION

$250 Early-Bird Discount Expires in...

YOU DON'T HAVE A TRAFFIC PROBLEM. YOU DON'T HAVE AN AI PROBLEM. YOU HAVE A FOUNDATION PROBLEM.

In this 90/10 economy, foundation rot gets punished.

The Intervention is a 3-day reckoning. Where we reveal and eradicate the obstacles to your growth. We restructure your business so you dominate.

Our 2026 event is not a seminar, it’s an intervention. If it doesn’t move you from the “down” side of the K to the “up and to the right” side of the K… if it doesn’t move you from growth to faster growth… we’ll refund you every penny plus $1,000.

The in-person event is April 21-23 in Chicago.

Transformation starts within hours of sign-up.

We surveyed our clients in December 2025. We asked: “What’s hardest right now? What would happen if you could solve it?"

“Staying in business.”
     “Financial breathing room.”
“More traffic means more revenue which helps our cash flow which has been an ongoing problem over the last 18 months.”
“I would get out of debt and make a profit.”
“Sleep at night.”
     “Happiness!”
“More peace of mind.”
“Chalk & cheese, night & day, life & death. It’s been our number 1 challenge for the past 10 years.”
“I would actually have a business!! I would know what and how and who to serve.”
     “More confidence into the future.”
“Being able to make it on my own financially and not having to continue any longer with my cushy job.”
     “I built a job, not a business.”
“Margins are too thin.”
“They work too hard for too little.”
“Can’t spend time with family.”
“I’d be asked to buy more optician practices… If I really crushed this.”
“I will be unstoppable.”
“I’ve been dealing with the sales attribution issue for so many years… advertising can only be looked at as gambling and not investment.”
“I thought we’d be further by now.”

When Google Ads was brand new, it was insanely effective. AND ridiculously cheap.

People flooded into my programs because they could turn on traffic like a faucet and watch money fall out.

I warned:

“If one year from now all your traffic is still coming from Google, I have failed.”

“I’m not teaching Google Ads so you become dependent on it. Everyone thinks it’s a traffic source. It’s really an ANVIL. You use it to pound the slag off your sales funnel until it is lean, sharp, a screaming lead generation machine.”

The goal was never Google = traffic source. The goal was: a sales funnel, owned and controlled by you, so effective you could plug in any traffic source and scale without limit.

Nobody else was thinking about it that way.

I called it the “expanding universe theory”: burnish the core, multiply your traffic sources, dominate your market… always maintain the prevailing position. And never, ever become a slave of the toolbox that tutored you.

Some clients listened.

Many did not.

One year later, hundreds of thousands across the globe woke up to “Google Slap.” In the largest teleseminar I ever hosted, 3500 people signed on. Shocked and terrified. I explained why their Google accounts had become smoldering piles of black ash overnight.

The ones left standing prospered even more. (Especially since their competition had been decimated.)

Ever since, clients have been either…

In the driver’s seat, dominating markets, buying as much quality traffic as they can lay their hands on

-OR-

Enslaved to the fickle whims of Google / Facebook / YouTube / LinkedIn / Instagram / TikTok.

Praying to the traffic gods, supplicating for favorable winds and merciful decisions from nameless faceless judges, accountable to no one but Wall Street.

AI is the new Google. New boss, same as old boss. History doesn’t repeat but it rhymes.

Most will become slaves to OpenAI / Anthropic / Google / Microsoft. Dreading the next subscription price increase. Hoping they can buy macaroni and cheese after paying for the leads sent by the chatbots. And close enough deals to put shoes on their kids.

Others will start businesses that were possible because execution costs dropped to near-zero.

They did creative work that got unlocked when drudgery disappeared.

Lone entrepreneurs will build alone what used to require a team of twenty.

Consultants will deliver $500K of value in a weekend because AI handled the grunt work.

The analyst will use it to build a custom framework that runs in 60 seconds instead of hiring a $200K analyst. He becomes the most valuable person in the room.

The Renaissance thinker who was previously trapped in operational purgatory, now freed to do the higher-order work they never had time for before.

Strategic thinking. Deeper creative projects.

Relationship building. Leisurely lunches with fascinating conversations with amazing people in fascinating places.

Having ideas you wouldn't have had otherwise.

Crafting projects you've been putting off for years because the execution cost was too high.

75% of what I’ve taught over the last 20 years is just as true as the day it fell from my lips.

25% of what I’ve taught over the last 20 years is more true today than the day I said it.

Nobody else can say that.

If you were with me for Google Ads… or 80/20… or Star Principle… INTERVENTION is the next evolution of Planet Perry.

Perry, What If I’m Shooting Up the Arm Already?

A note before we go further.

If your business is already strong and you're not drowning — good. Honestly, I expect the room to be filled with mostly people like you. (It’s hard to get people who are struggling to actually do anything about it).

So, I expect my best clients, AMN members and Roundtable members to be there. They're not coming because something is broken. They're coming because this is the only room where the conversation matches the level they actually think at.

The Intervention is not an ICU.

For some people it's a rescue. For others, it's a launch pad.

If you've applied 80/20, built real market position, and you're still hitting a ceiling you can't quite name — that's a problem we're solving too.

if you're on the wrong side of the k ... you're already feeling strangled

You're working harder than you've ever worked. Aggravating hours. A bewildering array of tools. Incredible software. Ingenious tactics.

Yet somehow, you find your business MORE fragile, not stronger.

Traffic costs keep escalating. Conversion rates reach new lows. Clients who DO buy are harder to serve and quicker to complain.

You were so hopeful AI would fix this. You bought ChatGPT Plus. You bought all the courses promising simple, copy-and-paste prompts that were to be "the thing" that fixes it all.

And you're drowning faster.

Deep down, you know this can't continue.

The worst part? You can't pinpoint what's actually wrong.

There is no ONE thing you can point to and “fix.” It's deeper than that. It's structural.

For twenty years, better marketing could fix almost anything. A sharper funnel, a new traffic source, better copy, better ads.

That era is over.

Now, if your business structure is wrong, no amount of better execution will save you. You'll just burn more money and time proving it.

Here's What's Actually Happening to You

You're asking AI (and yourself) (and your mentors) the wrong questions.

Generic AI platforms (Claude, Grok, ChatGPT, Gemini, all the wrappers) don't know your business. They can't diagnose your real problem. They don’t prioritize network effects, positioning, Star Principle, or the 80/20 leverage points that most matter.

Plus, it knows too much. It cannot tell gems from junk.

So it gives you tactics. Smart-sounding tactics. Tactics that work great, if you were on the right side of the K.

But many are not. And those tactics just compound your strategic mistakes.

You're using the most powerful fuel in history to drive faster—straight into an abyss.

If you keep doing what you're doing, you will slide further down the K.

Six months, twelve months from now—worse numbers, tighter margins, more stress, less freedom.

What You Need

Not tactics, tools or motivation. And you certainly don’t need an epic information dump and 25 pages of notes.

You need to challenge assumptions that are currently INVISIBLE to you, which rob you of your agency and freedom.

You need someone who can look at your business structure and tell you the truth about what's ACTUALLY broken—not what you THINK is broken.

You need frameworks that don't expire when the algorithm changes. Principles that worked ten years ago and will STILL work ten years from now.

In the "K-shaped economy," strategically sound businesses rise, while the majority stagnate. Nobody stays the same.

You need to move from the downside of the K to the upside, and fast. Before you burn through what's left of your runway.

Life on the RIGHT side of the K

On Friday afternoon, January 23, 2026, I hosted an Office Hours meeting for my Roundtable members. These are exact direct quotes:

The more I work with these tools, the more I can see the growth. It's helped me find hidden levers in our business I wouldn't have found on my own.

Amanda Neely, CFP
A lot of this just fell in our lap. We weren’t chasing it—it was like the market finally caught up to what we were already good at.
Matthew Versteeg
Once we built the system, it could run at scale in a way our competitors simply can’t. They’re not capable of doing what we’re doing.
Thorsten Laabs
It stopped being about fixing things and started being about choosing which opportunities to accept. That’s a very different place to operate from.
Craig Dereka

We've reached the point where the business feels like it's pulling us forward instead of us pushing it all the time.

craig

When you're on the right side of this, growth feels calmer, not more frantic. The system does more of the work.

aaron smith

This is what happens when a business crosses the structural threshold where Network Effects and flywheels replace effort.

You would never know from January’s Roundtable call that most of the world is experiencing a recession.

what makes this different

We're the only marketing community on the planet that can truthfully say: everything we’ve taught over the last ten years still purrs like a kitten.

RFM. Star Principle. Tactical Triangle. 80/20 Principle. Network Effects. Detox. Renaissance Time.

None of it went out of date when AI showed up. In fact, these principles became TWICE AS important.

Eternal principles.

I was one of the inventors of internet marketing. I contributed a key puzzle piece that created LoanBuilder, later sold to PayPal for $183 million — now the largest small business lending platform in the world. I organized the largest fundamental science research prize in the world, with judges from Harvard, Oxford and MIT. I discovered a new formula for 80/20 and published it in Harvard Business Review. Two of my papers are mathematical proofs with direct implications for AI.

My son ZJ is on the left; Nobel Prize winner Katalyn Kariko in red; Nobelist Charles Rice in the pink shirt; and Nobelist Mario Capecci in the beige shirt. Laura and I are in the rear. Green room at Richard Rossi's FutureDocs conference June 2025 in Boston.

I don't just apply principles… I discover new ones.

Why does this matter for your business? The same pattern-recognition that reveals how cells evolve, also tells how markets evolve. All obey power laws. All are fueled by network effects. Both reward the Star that adapts fastest. Business is biology and biology is business.

I’ve built high-trust communities in TWO completely different universes, not one. I am expensive. Less available, more in demand (especially for high-end private clients) and more relevant than ever.

The old way the world used to do business, the way learning used to happen, is b-o-r-i-n-g. How entrepreneurs make new discoveries and solve problems is on the cusp of a radical revolution, the likes of which most can’t imagine. We are on the vanguard. I’m inviting you to join us.

About our Rosetta Stone seminar in 2018, Derek Dearden wrote:

"Rosetta Stone will someday be regarded as one of those 'I was there' moments, like dancing to Pink Floyd when they were playing in a railway shed and the tickets cost 50 cents. Perry Marshall laid the foundation stone for the future."

EVERY seminar I do is stellar. Each uncovers and articulates new principles never before understood. Years of testimonials on my website prove this. As I write these words, INTERVENTION is still months away, and my team and I are obsessing daily how to make this insanely great, landmark, unforgettable.

Last year at the Equity 2.0 Summit, Parris Lampropoulos, one of the most revered business architects in the world, approached the microphone and said, “Perry, you raised the bar AGAIN.”

My communities are diverse, interdisciplinary, and reliably produce otherworldly insights and unique relational connections.

My seminars always begin as embryonic ideas, still in formation days before the event begins. It’s never possible to name precisely what you’re going to get until you actually show up. And we ALWAYS deliver.

Always.

Last time I did this was… never.

Next time I will do this is… never.

Oh… one more thing:

From high school to 2025, I have been running at 6000 RPM. Raised six kids, two of them adopted. As prolific as anybody.
In mid 2025 I decided to shift gears. I’m delegating more than ever, refusing more opportunities than ever.

My wife Laura and I have been married 36 years. We are ⅔ empty nest. We enjoyed a literal 2nd honeymoon in Ireland in January. One sunny morning, we made out in the cliff grass overlooking the wild Atlantic.

Image

It was heavenly.

I’d rather spend my days with her than hustle for clients and jockey for more social media clicks.

I am committing more time to deep thought about the world’s most intractable problems.

I am in high demand, and incessant hustling is not on the agenda anymore. When I say my availability is going down and my price is going up, I mean it.

Each event is a singular art project. People talk about them for years.

I never do the same twice. If you miss this one, there is no bringing it back.

how this will work

PHASE ONE

Pre-Intervention Diagnosis
(Sign-Up Today Through April 21)

When you sign up now, we start working with you immediately.

You get access to our custom SuperConductor GPT — and here's what that actually means: twenty-five years of my frameworks, my private consulting methodology, and my pattern-recognition across 300+ industries, now working on your business specifically.

This is not a tool you fiddle with. It's the closest thing to having me in the room with you before you arrive in Chicago. It deeply researches your market, gets to know your particular strengths and blind spots, and matches you to the Star part of your market in a way no generic AI can touch. New strategic lenses are added every month.

Think of it less as software and more as a standing conversation with the best version of my thinking — one that never gets tired, never loses the thread, and keeps getting sharper.

You'll work through a diagnostic process that does what you CAN'T do sitting behind your laptop talking to regular ChatGPT: identify your REAL problem.

Not symptoms. Not the latest tactic that stopped working. The fundamental issue that's pinning you down on the wrong side of the K.

After 25 years of consulting companies from 300+ industries - some now valued in the billions - I can attest that clients seldom know what their REAL problem is. SuperConductor helps you NAIL questions like:

  • Where is the REAL bottleneck in your business? Acquisition, conversion, retention, economics?
  • What flavor of market are you in? 70/30? 90/10? And what does that mean for your strategy?
  • Are you one algorithm change away from collapse?
  • What is the most efficient unique pathway between you and the people you sell to? It locates that path.

It will nail your toughest questions within days, even hours of you signing up, wielding precision that neither public AI nor private consultant can match. You will be clearing your TRUE bottlenecks (not the phantom problems) in very short order.

Even more important than that, for the first time in history, it is possible to arrange entire mental models in world views like pieces on a chess board, and build out their implications in minutes.… Something that will create entirely new horizons, new industries, new economies.

Everybody’s fearing for their job, but they are completely missing the fact that you can architect a new universe in a few hours.

You have to experience this to believe it.

In fact, one of the biggest challenges we have is that people don’t grasp this, so they’ll be tempted to not dive into the SuperConductor app and its lenses right away.

Those who do will be blown away.

The training and zoom meetings leading up to the Intervention event will amplify that further.

Jump in with both feet and see IMMEDIATE results. You’ll be astonished at the speed and almost psychic precision of these tools that I have created with Scott Schang. You will be seeing meaningful, “bios-level” improvements in your business a day or two from right now.

100X more specific and contextually matched to your circumstances and personality than any book, video, course or training.

Here's what it looks like in practice. Beatrix Willius runs a software company — email archiving, a decidedly unglamorous product. She'd followed my work for years but never felt like the marketing principles quite applied to her.

Within days of working through SuperConductor, she had something she'd never had before: the real reason people actually buy her software. Not a marketing persona. The genuine motivation. She scrapped her website copy and started over.

"For the first time I got beyond the silly marketing personas and got the real motivation for users to buy my software." — Beatrix Willius

That's what SuperConductor does. It doesn't give you more ideas to sort through. It narrows the field to what's actually true about your market and your positioning — and it does it fast.

Benj Ecker came in convinced he knew his biggest business problem. He kept feeding more context into the tool, working through iteration after iteration of potential solutions.

Then SuperConductor surfaced something he hadn't seen: the real issue wasn't what he thought it was. It was lack of clear operational authority. Without that, nothing else would hold — no strategy, no marketing, no execution.

Armed with that clarity, he navigated a difficult conversation with his partners and came out the other side back in control of his own business.

"I finally got to the bottom of the swamp, which was not the original problem I assumed. There's a clear path to a star business." — Benj Ecker

Six months ago, Rob Mooney didn't even have a ChatGPT account. Scott helped him set one up at a Roundtable meeting.

Today Rob is a power user of SuperConductor. He's built an asset allocation framework he's genuinely proud of — one he's now exploring turning into an ETF. But the tool was almost secondary to what actually shifted.

Rob had been coming to Roundtable wanting strategy and walking away with tactics. He said it was disappointing, but "the nature of the thing." SuperConductor gave him something different: it helped him find the strategy that was already inside him, then refine it.

His words: "SuperConductor showed me that I don't need to chase anymore. I'm deepening a few trust nodes — and there's no performance theater."

He'll be in the room in Chicago. You can ask him yourself.

Participants in Scott’s live RenAI workshops say:

"AI feels like owning a Ferrari but only driving it to my mailbox."

"I don't know which AI tool to use for what. The abundance of options is a blitzkrieg.”

"I've wasted lots of time and money trying to figure this out. The cost isn't just financial – it's the opportunity cost of what I would be achieving if I knew how to leverage AI effectively."

"Learning curve is steep. I'm not only worried about the time investment – I'm concerned I might never catch up."

“EVERYONE is saying you can do this and that. Then when you try it, it doesn't work and you have to figure it all out, which I don't have the time for.”

Overwhelm and FOMO…

"I don't know where to start, and it's not just mild confusion. It's a crippling inability to take the first step. Every day that passes is another day competitors might be pulling ahead."

"The endless shifting is maddening. It's not just the pace of change; it's fear of sinking time and resources into something that's obsolete tomorrow. It's like building a house on quicksand."

"I feel like there's so much more I should be doing but I'm stumped. This is not FOMO. It's the paralyzing fear that my business might become irrelevant if I don't harness AI properly."

People Struggle with Inadequate Results…

"I don't trust AI outputs. This isn't about accuracy for its own sake. It's about making crucial business decisions based on AI pseudo-information."

"The constant need for human oversight is exhausting. I thought AI would save time. Not create more work."

"AI only gets me 80% there. When do I stop and refine it myself?"

"I struggle to get consistent results. The unpredictability is nerve-wracking."

"I still have to review everything to make sure the AI didn't do something weird. The lack of trust erodes any efficiency gained.”

“I feel like I have a new job – babysitting a temperamental genius."

Some will discover their business model is fundamentally broken. Yeah, that's harsh… but we'd rather tell you now than watch you 2nd mortgage your house chasing a downward spiral into northern Siberia.

Flow State Rebellion:
MASSIVE DETOX

Everyone who signs up for The Intervention will be taken through a focused 7-Day Flow State Rebellion Detox. This is not the full 30-Day Reboot. It is a concentrated reset designed specifically to prepare you for the Intervention.

This alone will subtract 5 hours from your week. Not by adding another productivity hack, but by systematically removing the vampires, mosquitoes, gnats and leeches that are draining your life force.

We remove the needles from your arms. The hooks from your flesh. The viruses consuming CPU time in your brain.

Most people arrive at seminars with their attention completely saturated. Brains full. Reaction times slow. Unable to think clearly enough to receive what's being offered.

Flow State Rebellion subtracts relentlessly across every dimension: Digital distractions. Information overload. Complexity creep. Time vampires. Mental clutter. The addiction to checking your phone 50 times a day.

We don't dump 186 techniques on you. We coach you through TOTAL MASTERY of a small number of simple principles. For every one thing we add, we take two things away. And we take stuff away FIRST.

By the time you arrive in Chicago on April 21st, you'll have breathing room. Mental space. The ability to actually absorb the diagnosis we're about to give you.

If you are unwilling to subtract, this is the wrong room.

The Intervention requires you to show up with a clear head, not a cluttered one. Flow State Rebellion ensures you arrive ready for the intervention. Not drowning in the same chaos that got you here.

PHASE TWO

The Intervention Live
(April 21-23, Chicago)

Here's what makes the live event different from anything you can get on a screen.

Before you arrive, we use your diagnostic data to sort everyone in the room into constraint clusters. Let's say there are 100 people and 8 distinct business patterns. We run targeted hotseats for each cluster.

One person sits in the chair. But the diagnosis applies to the 15 or 20 others in the room who share that exact challenge. You'll feel it when it's yours. That moment of recognition — "that's my business, that's my problem" — is worth the trip to Chicago by itself.

No livestream can replicate this. The person on screen gets a diagnosis. The person in the room gets a diagnosis, a room full of peers who share it, and conversations that continue through dinner and into the next morning.

That's the return on the in-person ticket.

Josh Long brings his Bottleneck Breakthrough Method—extracting owners from self-inflicted operational prisons they don't even realize they're in.

The most common constraint at the $1M and $3M pivot stages isn't strategy or marketing. It's people. You don't have the right key staff—and you don't know how to recruit them.

Josh Long. John McGee. Scott Schang. Me.

We're not showing you more AI tactics. We each attack different layers of the problem—thinking, structure, economics, sales, leverage—always tied back to the diagnosis you came in with.

This is no computer lab; it's the genesis of a new culture.

This is the space where things move from your head into your body ... where decisions you've circled for years finally click.

Pit Crew

Before you arrive, we’re already sorting patterns, using your diagnostic data to group people by the constraints they’re actually dealing with.

And during the event, while the hotseats are happening, there’s a second layer operating at the same time.

That’s the Pit Crew.

These are experienced operators with deep expertise in different areas of business, people who’ve spent years diagnosing bottlenecks, fixing what’s stuck, and seeing the same patterns play out across very different companies.

While one person is in the chair, the Pit Crew is listening for structure, not just symptoms. They’re tracking the real constraint, watching where the diagnosis needs to go deeper, and noticing what others in the room recognize but haven’t yet put into words.

This is where many of the biggest shifts begin.

Not only for the person in the chair, but for the others who see their own situation reflected back at them with unusual clarity.

The Pit Crew helps bring that into focus. They add context, challenge assumptions when needed, and keep the conversation anchored to what actually moves the business forward.

You’re not getting a single perspective on the problem. You’re seeing it from multiple angles, all converging on the same constraint, while it’s happening.

That’s part of what makes the room different. And why the conversations tend to continue long after the session ends.

Meet the Pit Crew

Tim Francis

Tim Francis has been in my orbit for years. When I needed an executive assistant, I went to his company, Great Assistant, and I wasn’t the only one.

He built that company into a leader in its space, and through Profit Factory, he has worked with more than a thousand entrepreneurs.

What stands out is his ability to see where a business is stuck.

He identifies when the owner is the bottleneck, when cash is leaking, and what needs to change to restore traction.

In many cases, that has meant uncovering significant profit that was already there, just not visible.

Tim is not there to present. He works directly with people, focusing on the constraint that’s actually holding things back.

When the business depends too much on you, or the profit isn’t where it ought to be, he’s someone you want in the room.

Shanyn Stewart

Shanyn Stewart has been part of my world for years, and she knows this community from the inside.

She has helped many of my clients resolve IRS issues, restructure their finances, and deal with situations most people avoid.

Shanyn is an IRS Enrolled Agent with more than 30 years of experience working directly with federal agencies and negotiating outcomes that others won’t attempt.

She brings a level of precision and composure that changes how those conversations go.

She co-authored Flip the Script with Chris Voss, where she details how a multimillion-dollar IRS liability was reduced dramatically through disciplined negotiation.

She also operates at a high level inside growing companies, with deep involvement in financial structure and operations.

Shanyn understands where businesses are exposed and what it takes to stabilize them.

When financial pressure or tax complexity shows up, she’s someone you want in the room.

David Charlson

David Charlson is someone I’ve turned to myself.

He’s a former entrepreneur whose products generate over $57 million a year, and for more than 20 years he’s worked with high-level founders.

What he deals with is not surface strategy.

It’s the internal patterns that sit underneath the business, the thinking, identity, and assumptions that quietly drive decisions.

David has a way of getting to the root of that quickly, often in a single conversation.

I’ve seen him do it.

When that’s the constraint, it’s not subtle, and it doesn’t stay contained.

If that’s showing up for you, he’s someone you want in the room.

Noah Kronfly

Noah Kronfly is here for a very specific reason.

When I asked Scott who he’d want in the room for systems and operations, he didn’t hesitate.

That got my attention.

Noah has spent years building the infrastructure behind businesses, designing pipelines, automations, and workflows that turn scattered activity into something consistent and usable.

He’s led hundreds of these implementations across different industries, always with the same objective, make the system reflect how the business actually runs.

His background started in digital marketing, then moved deeper into CRM architecture and operational design.

What he looks for is where growth is breaking down behind the scenes, and why the system isn’t holding.

When systems start breaking down, or growth isn’t translating into something repeatable, he’s someone you want in the room.

Logan Christopher

Not every constraint shows up in your systems.

Some of them show up in your energy, your focus, and your ability to make decisions consistently throughout the day.

Logan Christopher operates in that layer.

He’s the founder of Lost Empire Herbs and Legendary Strength, and the author of more than 15 books, with a background that spans both extreme physical performance and deep work in human health.

Over the years, he has helped people rebuild the physical and mental foundation that everything else in the business depends on.

I’ve known Logan for a long time, and he has a way of seeing what’s going on beneath the surface, where performance is quietly breaking down.

In many businesses at this level, the owner is the constraint, not because of strategy, but because they’re running on empty.

That requires a different kind of solution.

When energy, focus, or personal capacity start to limit the business, he’s someone you want in the room.

Tom Meloche

You may already know Tom Meloche.

He co-wrote four editions of Ultimate Guide to Facebook Advertising with me, and co-founded Menlo Innovations, the company behind Joy, Inc.

For more than 25 years, he has trained thousands of people in Agile, working inside organizations that need to change but don’t know how.

Tom is the person companies call when things are stuck.

He has walked into environments that were political, rigid, and resistant, and helped them implement systems that actually hold under pressure.

I’ve seen the kind of results that come out of that work.

What he focuses on is building structures that allow change to happen without everything falling apart.

When systems can’t keep up, or the business needs to evolve but doesn’t know how, he’s someone you want in the room.

Amanda Neely

Amanda Neely has been in my world for years. She came to one of my events, went through the process, and something shifted.

Afterward she told me it gave her permission to be her true self.

Amanda sees things most financial people miss.

She works where personal wealth, business cash flow, and long-term structure intersect, which is usually where the real tension lives.

She has a way of spotting when a business looks fine on the surface, but the foundation underneath is thinner than it should be.

I’ve seen how often that shows up.

The numbers work, the revenue is there, but there’s a quiet pressure in the background that never quite goes away.

When that pressure traces back to how the money is structured, she’s someone you want in the room.

THE GUARANTEE
(and Why It's So Strong)

If you're not on the upside of the K by noon the last day—if you don't have absolute clarity on your path forward and the specific steps to get there—we'll refund your tuition and pay you an additional $1,000*.

Cuz if all you get is motivation or "good conversations," we failed.

We're that confident.

The only condition: you have to be willing to hear the truth.

Come ready to receive an honest diagnosis — even if it's not what you were expecting. Even if it points somewhere uncomfortable.

If we tell you the structure is broken and you already know you won't act on it, this isn't the room for you — and the guarantee won't apply.

Think of it this way: you can't sit across from a cardiologist, hear that you're headed for a coronary, wave it off — and then blame the doctor.

Sometimes the answer is: "Your business is not fixable in its current form."

That's not a failure. In many cases, it saves people years of wasted effort and enormous financial damage.

Who This Is (and Is Not) For

This event is for owners of real businesses — high six-, seven-, eight figures — who feel the pressure increasing and know, deep down, that "doing more of the same" is no longer the answer.

It is not for people looking for hacks, shortcuts, or pats on the head.

If you're still learning what 80/20 means, this is not the right room — yet. The conversations here assume a certain foundation. Those who have it will recognize each other immediately.

If you're willing to face the truth of your business—and do something about it—this will be one of the most valuable two days you spend this decade.

What You're Really Buying

You're not buying another seminar, and the Intervention is not the end, it’s a major milepost.

You're receiving complete business realignment in real-time, starting tomorrow morning.

Diagnostic tools that work. Frameworks that don't expire. Strategic clarity that generic AI cannot give you. And live intervention that transforms clarity into action.

A month or so of pre-work, two days of intensive application. You leave Chicago with three things: the name of your real bottleneck, the specific structural change that unlocks growth, and the first 30 days mapped out. Not a notebook full of ideas. A diagnosis and a plan of attack. One measurable outcome: you're on the upside of the K, moving up and to the right, with absolute clarity on how to stay there.
