In October 2010 the government of my country did an experiment. They gave 18 government grants of USD$40,000 to entrepreneurs of USA and Europe that where willing to come to Chile for a minimum of one month to provide training to a Chilean company to be more efficient, providing solutions to important problems like energy, traffic, polution, health, finance, etc.

The program was so succesful that right now, they decided to expand it to 300 more cases in the next 6 months.

So, if you know any entrepreneurs who focus on providing interesting solutions to companies problems that can be taught here, then this can be an interesting opportunity not only for the $40k grant, but the publicity out of it, and the contacts and networking to be developed.

I am too busy at the moment to help anyone filling the applications to apply for the grants. Just wanted to bring this opportunity if there are interested entrepreneurs inside your planet.
