Susan Kruger was a Michigan schoolteacher when she first heard me on a Ken McCarthy teleseminar. When I spoke of the “Unlimited Traffic Technique” and “Dominating Your Market” she sat up and took notice.

She applied to our personal AdWords coaching Bobsled Run. Her app was rejected because her business – selling Study Skills books – was too small. She negotiated her way in by waiving the guarantee.

Then she went to work.

She has tentacles reaching into ADHD and education reform. She just released a new book called “Cue to Reading” for reading-challenged kids.

Recently a school adopted her study skills program and raised the entire student body one full grade point.

A 6th grader in Virginia is currently forcing his school administration, via the Parent Teachers Association, to adopt her program. Against the principal’s will. (Doing good in the world sometimes involves politics, fights and bureaucracy. Especially in public schools.)

She’s like a slingshot being pulled back and released, because she’s just beginning to hit the big-time hockey-stick of proof and credibility and 360-degree “Dang Susan, it’s like you are everywhere.”

Trust me, she’s not everywhere. She is just one finite woman with her share of challenges just like everyone else. Susan just applies LEVERAGE.

The thing you need to know about this magical transition is it only takes 12-24 months. You may have labored for years in the coal mines, but when things start to happen… buckle up baby, cuz they usually happen fast.

I have witnessed so many students experience this transformation, it’s exhilarating.

The levers that enable you to dominate your market are very small. They revolve around proof, conversion and the Slight Edge. It’s NOT magic. You only need to be slightly better than everyone else – in one or two key areas, not everything!

Then the currents begin to shift in your favor. Suddenly, spending $10,000 or $30,000 on a domain name isn’t really a big deal. You make quantum leaps fast.

Be encouraged. And seize the day.
