Every time I listen to Perry Marshall, I feel this sense of illumination and like I’ve actually used my time doing something valuable and meaningful. “Perry Marshall – Above the noise”.
I’ve had a similar experience in Mexico over the last few months, during the election and afterwards. The people here, both locals and foreigners traveling in this area all have an opinion on everything presidentially American. It’s very refreshing to talk with people that have a grasp on policy and not just he said/she said politics. I’ve found more of these people outside of the States than I feel like I ever interacted with in the U.S. Strange but true.
“There are lots of people who’s opinion does not matter. Someone should put a sock in their mouth. They don’t say anything useful or even true.” YES! I definitely co-sign that statement!
Have a nice day

Happy to listen to the truth
You know what is a fact, an opinion, a policy, a result.
A good thing would be to give a sound definition for each.
I will read before guttenberg thanks

Your books for example and a lot of other geniuses.
Thank you they the exact facts.
Positive vibe are needed and care for people who are tackling the facts.

Thanks Perry, really liked that!
As always a voice of reason.
Best thing I’ve heard in a looooooooong time! Thank you Perry!
Thank you Perry. When I get back from the west coast I will spend some time to explain why your message is so vital (even though it wasn’t from the pulpit). ;0)
Howdy Perry! I couldn’t agree more. After taking the 30-day reboot and clearing out the “mess,” life is much easier. Reading pre-Gutenburg principles (not guesswork, not opinions) every day really makes it easy to see what works and what doesn’t. There’s so much fluff now-a-days. Also, the removal of social media was hard the first day or two, but I am now 100+ days sober from social media addiction. I feel great. I have more time for myself, my family, and my business, and I don’t miss it at all. Do I still check it? Yes, but it’s controlled and it might take up 10-20 minutes a day, if that. Our family has even started leaving our phones in the car when we go out to eat somewhere, so we can have meaningful conversations and not get distracted by this electronic extension of our arm that magically sends out a push notification every time you put it in your pocket or are in the middle of a great conversation. I highly recommend anyone who is considering 30-day reboot to give it a go. It was a life changer for me. All the best! -Chris Belote
Thrilled you got so much out of 30DR!!!!
Best commentary on the subject I have heard yet, but it doesn’t surprise me, you are a smart man!
Perry, this is one of the most rational and loving things I have seen lately. Thank you So much for posting it.Reading this way truly helps people have a longer view of history.
Thanks Perry – this is the best insight I’ve heard since the election and leading up to it.
May I add to your comments, Perry? I’d need four hands to count the number of emails I’ve received in the last week from ***business people*** commenting on the election. I’d need 10 hands to count the number of election-related comments on LinkedIn, the world’s largest business networking site. Unless you’re a lobbyist or work for a political campaign, discussing politics is bad for business. Period.
