I teach “Skin in the Game” via the “IF IF THEN ELSE” guarantee. I’ve seldom explained where it came from.

It was birthed in the school of hard knocks when I gave away over 170 Apple MacBook Pro computers at my very first seminar.

The hotel “promised me” my computers were safe… but would NOT guarantee a single thing. Their promises and assurances were a puff of smoke. We had a bare-knuckles standoff with the hotel manager and the security team.
