I think I may have done a poor job communicating how my highest-level coaching programs, (Roundtable USA and Roundtable Europe) work.
It seems that most people think they work this way…
- I pay Perry my Roundtable fee
- Perry and a bunch of sharp entrepreneurs spend the next 12 months hammering away at my business trying to figure out what’s wrong with it
- Eventually after much consternation and analysis and testing we figure out the problems that need to get fixed in my business.
- I spend the next year trying to implement what we figured out.
That’s not how it works.
(That IS the way most mastermind groups work. But not my Roundtables.)
In fact, most of the time we figure out “what’s wrong” with your business before you even get to your first meeting.
Sometimes in the first hour.
