In October 2010 the government of my country did an experiment. They gave 18 government grants of USD$40,000 to entrepreneurs of USA and Europe that where willing to come to Chile for a minimum of one month to provide training to a Chilean company to be more efficient, providing solutions to important problems like energy, traffic, polution, health, finance, etc.

The program was so succesful that right now, they decided to expand it to 300 more cases in the next 6 months.
